+ The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Great location, it easy to get around.

- The room was a bit small and the bathroom felt outdated. The TV and the air conditioning weren’t working during my stay. (5 nights)

- Room was not clean. Under bed and walls you could see dusty balls. So was not very pleasant

+ Room was clean. Size standard. Breakfast was good.

- TV was not working at any room.

+ The location was very good, not too busy or noisy, far enough away from the heart of Thamel but close enough that there were cafés, bars and restaurants next door. Nice breakfast with options of eggs.

- The bathroom was not very clean and the toilet slow to fill after flushing.

+ Соотношение цена-качество. Персонал чудесный и во всем идут навстречу и стараются помочь! Я сломала лодыжку и меня окружили заботой и даже нашли костыли для меня )) Расположение удобное, не в самом центре активного Тамеля, но все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Окна номера выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо!

- Мебель уже не новая, но за эти деньги вполне ок. Уборка проводилась не каждый день, возможно нужно просить об этом.

+ This is a great place in a great location. Everything went well. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I will stay again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to others.
