Really not good…

Aufpassen, wohnt eine lokale Gruppe in der Hostel, es wurde mir die sandal geklaut und wurde versucht mir zu schlagen, aber ich bin in die Mauer geschoben, Mauer ist kaputt gegangen, und musste ich das bezahlen. Trotz gab es Kamera, leider die Polizei war nicht in Lage, der Problem Verursachter zu Schuldigen, klar war lokale Person deswegen.

Bunk beds are in rooms with no windows, small and uncomfortable to reach. Lockers do not function, as well as some bedside lights. Breakfast is not existent and the staff doesn't know why. One night I slept without a pillow because it was not provided. At the checkout time we had to wake the receptionist up. BUT the location is perfect and the price is low.

Overall it’s alright for the price but the place could for sure be cleaner. Also, there wasn’t any breakfast when I was there even though it was advertised on Hostelworld. Aside from that, the staff was lovely.

Dirty, smelly, completely absent staff and atmosphere. The male dorm felt incredibly crammed and no space where to put belongings. Staff were up until late talking loudly and laughing until very late at night/early morning Would NOT recommend

There's a reason this is the cheapest option available and reviews don't lie. There was no front desk staff when I reached at 520pm even though description says check-in until 8pm. Another guest had their WhatsApp number and helped me check in. I paid him the booking fee balance, he helped me get the locker key and show me the bed. Bed wasn't made and I had to ask him to contact them again to re-assign another bed. Front door is open 24/7 even at night. Electric lock is broken. Felt super unsafe

Morgenmad skulle gerne normalt være inkluderet, men var ikke. Vi fik ikke nogen yderligere forklaring. Så ikke forvent morgenmad. Der udleveres håndklæder og senge og lagen er rigtig fint. Der er aflåste skabe til ens ting. Toilet og badefaciliteter var ikke gode. Problemer med afløb og døre til toilet og bad var en rigtig dårlig håndværker løsning med skydedøre.

Very tiny rooms with 12 people, overall if you pay 15/20 RM per night it's ok in comparison to the price. I asked question about how to reach Mt. Kinabalu and about some flyers of guided tour they had in the reception area and the reception didn't know anything about it. Reception was friendly but it seemed like they didn't really know about the attraction of the place. The common area is not the best but for the cheap price I paid I can't complain. Overall it's ok

Always rate based on price/quality ratio and not just quality alone. For the ratio this place is more than Ok, AC works well, you get free coffee and tea and there's a kitchen you can use to cook your own food.

Property did in fact having running water! Was almost deterred from booking because of the reviews left on it but it’s just that the pipes on the wall drip so they are turned off, takes 2 seconds to flip back on inside shower cubicle. Staff were friendly. Aircon is turned off at 7am and room gets quiet stuff if that’s an issue for you but overall good for cheap price. Location great as well.

Muy bueno hostal ,comodo, limpio y el personal muy agradable y Atento antua necesidades. Uvicacion perfecta! Muy recomendable!!
