You pay for what you get. A decent 3 star hotel for a decent price. Hotel reception was available 24/7, initially my room did not have a remote for the air conditioning unit, after asking the receptionist I was provided with one. It definitely helps to speak some Spanish otherwise it would be difficult to communicate with staff. Overall I recommend this hotel for a short stay in Barranquilla.
