Downtown - Rooms

- I booked and paid but didn't stay there because after i booked i was asked to check in online (only possible way to stay there) and i am required to provide my ID fotos + me taking Foto with my ID. I did not feel safe to do it so I sent a message to ask and require other ways to check in-- no reply at all. They simply charged me. and of course no refund.

- Hotel non molto pulito, personale sempre assente.. non ci si poteva rivolgere a nessuno in caso di bisogno. Nelle altre camere c’era veramente molto casino (musica alta, persone che cantavano e gridavano) e hanno proseguito per tutta la notte, nessuno è intervenuto. Odore poco piacevole nella nostra camera.

- Hotels hotels over New Year’s Eve in Peru were very expensive, and this one was ready to be cheap. But it was not cheap for what it offered in fact it was the most expensive place I stayed in during my trip and was at least comfortable. But it was very near the castle, which was my reason for being there so I’m not sure I’m right to complain.

- I called to check in and no one answered. There is no desk to check in, so how was I supposed to get to my room? I had to get a room somewhere else, but they still charged me here.

+ Rumoroso. Si sente tutto da ogni lato. Mi hanno svegliato la notte alle due. Donne con i tacchi. Non c'è il bagno in camera.

+ It was a lovely stay, lady at the reception was very helpful and anawered additional questions about railway station. Everything was really clean, bed was comfortable, I couldn’t expect more. ;)

+ The place offers great value for the money. I stayed 4 nights, the room was larger than expected and offered different spaces to work from remote. The location is really great, as everything is within walking distance. The bathrooms, even though shared with other rooms, are cleaned every day, and I never had the impression that anything was "unclean". I would definitely come back again!

+ Gute Lage, schöne neu renovierte Zimmer, sehr gut ausgestattet. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher Tees, Kaffeemaschine bei Rezeption jederzeit, Kühlschrank usw.

+ In pieno centro a Ferrara, a due passi dal Castello Estense e dalla Cattedrale, 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Check-in a distanza molto semplice ed intuitivo, con istruzione via WhatsApp, host molto disponibile. Camera matrimoniale molto ampia, pulita, silenziosa nonostante sia ubicata in pieno centro storico, ottimo Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, tv in camera, piccola dispensa per poter fare colazione in camera. Due bagni in comune per tutti gli ospiti, entrambi con doccia, ampi, puliti ogni giorno, biancheria a disposizione. Menzione speciale per il ristorante Della Luna, li accanto, dove si mangia a menu fisso a mezzogiorno, che è davvero buono.

- Essendo i bagni in comune bisogna sempre avere la fortuna di condividerli con gente educata e pulita. Per il resto nulla di cui lamentarmi.

+ Розташування дуже заучено, недалеко від станції і прямо в центрі, дуже затишна атмосферна вулиця видна з вікна, світлий просторий і чистесенький номер, зручне ліжко, є все що мені потрібно. Дуже привітний і приємний персонал, чудові люди. Якщо ви як і я ідете на Болонську ярмарку, то я дуже рекомендую цей готель , я сама обовʼязково повернусь.

+ Belle chambre, un établissement propre et calme. Une bonne communication avec l’hôte pour avoir les infos.

+ Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dal centro.
