Habíamos elegido este hotel por la puntuación, pero vaya desastre, no entiendo cómo tiene esa puntuación tan alta, lo único bueno es la ubicación. Lo peor es el insoportable olor a marihuana, y siendo que pone que no se puede fumar, olor muy intenso y vomitivo, pedimos que nos cambien de piso y no lo hicieron en la 4 planta el olor era insoportable, no se iba en ningún momento, parecía que estábamos en una plantación Recepcionistas contestaban de mal modo.No iba internet ni el secador...
We had chosen this hotel for the score, but what a disaster, I don't understand how it has such a high score, the only good thing is the location. the worst thing is the unbearable smell of marijuana, and since it says you can't smoke, the smell is very intense and vomitous, we asked to change floors and they didn't do it on the 4th floor the smell was unbearable, no one left at any time, it looked like we were in a plantation receptionists responded badly. there was no internet or hair dryer.
Me robaron de la caja de Seguridad U$s1300, del Hotel, no sé como hicieron , pero el dinero no estaba , cuando llegue an Argentina , demandare al Hotel y a Hostel.
I was robbed of the Security Box of the Hotel, I don't know how they did it, but the money was not there, when I arrived in Argentina, I sued the Hotel and a Hostel.

It has a good location but we play with very few people.The house is very clean but I see cockroaches too.There is no waiting room but leave the luggage in the room.
Great location
Excelente hotel. Las habitaCiones no están insonorizadas. Se escuchan hasta los estornudos de las habitaciones de al lado. Huele mal fuera de las habitaciones, posiblemente por lo que piden o preparan de otras habitaciones. Las amenidades de baño no las reponen con frecuencia. Las toallas si. Todos los días. De resto, muy limpio y bien ubicado.
The rooms are not soundproofed. you can even hear the sneezes from the next room. it smells bad outside the rooms, possibly because they order or prepare from other rooms. the bathroom amenities are not replaced frequently. the towels are. every day. the rest, very clean and well located.
Nice location, good for the price
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, center of Manhattan. Public transport, restaurants, shops just few steps away. Daily room and bathroom cleaning. Room poorly lit, had to use flashlight of cell phone for reading my book. Bathroom in hallway, happy that I had a sink in my room. Bathroom had just 1 hook to hang on clothes, towel etc., which is not enough. So I had to put my things on the ground or toilet. You get what you see on the photographs, not more but not less. TOP LOCATION!!
+ location is great, and it's a good option for an affordable long stays in Manhattan

This is my second stay at Hotel 31 and I have no complaints! Functioning elevator, windows that open, hot water, quiet guests, kind staff, and great location. I'll be back!
Great hotel at cheap price compared to others in the same area. Good amenities such as daily cleaning, private bathrooms, free wifi, and free luggage storage after checkout. Some improvements could have been made like removing the smoke smell in the gallery, providing free water bottles to rooms etc.
Great! Has everything I need and a great budget price. I slept well and feel ready to dive into the City the next day. Will book again!

This hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay in NYC. It was conveniently located, close to the train, the room was clean and quiet. This is definitely on the top of my list for places to stay anytime I need to come to NYC.
Good place and near to the 5th Avenue. They offer keep your laugage after check out.

You get a lot for the price you pay. The location is great and the bathrooms and rooms are clean and staff is good and accommodating to most things. There is just a bit of an old building smell but I bought some febreze and it fixed it for Me. And the windows open.
A great option for the money in a great location.
It is absolutely THE hotel for if you want to be in the city and don't want to break your wallet. Beds were a little small (personally), but they had a fridge, nice shower, AC, and radiator heater in our private bedroom. We were a couple blocks from the subway and close to all of the hot spots while being far enough away to not be crowded. My partner loved the atmosphere and vibe of the hotel and the staff was fairly friendly during our stay. For a last minute trip to NYC this place was great.

Very good location, just a few steps away from the subway and close to many famous attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for accessibility and comfort.
Hotel super recomendable calidad/precio. Esta super bien ubicado, con metro al lado. Tienes cafeterías y restaurantes cercanos y grand central station a 10 mins andando. Está un poco viejo, pero cumple perfectamente con tus necesidades si vas a estar todo el dia de turismo por la ciudad y poco tiempo en el hotel. A destacar la limpieza de la habitación.
Hotel super recommendable quality/price. it is super well located, with metro next door. you have cafes and restaurants nearby and grand central station is 10 minutes walk. it is a little old, but it perfectly meets your needs if you are going to be sightseeing all day around the city and little time in the hotel. to highlight the cleanliness of the room.

Excellent location and location.
Affordable, clean room, double beds, and be of hall with private bathroom easy access to subway, walkable, and close to food. Also away from the high traffic tourist spots. Feels like the real New York.
