La prenotazione è stata cancellata senza motivo, dopo che era stato effettuato un tentativo di addebito su carta di credito per l’intero importo del costo, incluso quanto già pagato in anticipo per la prenotazione. Ho compilato il form sul sito e non ho ricevuto risposta. Non ho nemmeno ricevuto il rimborso dei soldi anticipati
The reservation was cancelled without reason, after an attempt was made to debit the credit card for the entire cost amount, including what was already paid in advance for the reservation. i filled out the form on the site and did not receive a response. i did not even receive the refund of the advance money.
Kinda sucked, no staff to help out, didn’t feel clean.
