- The receptionist woke me up at 620 am because he charged me wrong the night before and said he had to fix it before he left his shift. If they mess up they should wait until I wake up to fix the error. Not disturb my sleep

- Do not book this place. Terrible experience and very rude host.

+ El servicio fue pésimo y en el desayuno del 01 de enero fue un completo desastre

- No nos gusta nada del Hotel, deben mejorar muchos aspectos para ofrecer un servicio al cliente óptimo

+ They were really nice on the face of it and it was a comforting environment

- Unfortunately the staff massively let this place down due to their overcharging and taking the customers for a ride. I was overcharged 3 times by the hostel when it was clear how much was due from booking.com reservation. I organised a shuttle from the hostel which stated 4:30 departure, it arrived at 3am instead with no communication or heads up from the hostel then proceeded to be 5 hours late for our arrival destination. The hostel consistently added new charges which made the entire experience horrible and even though it’s a lovely hostel on the face of it the location isn’t worth the hassle. Would not stay here if you don’t want to be taken for a ride!

- the smell of humidity in the room was unbearable. The materass bend under the weight like doft springs, so uncomfortable. The included breakfast starting at 7:30 didn't happen and we had to left at 8:30 without breakfast. The boys at the reception pretentious, presumptuous and unfriendly.

+ - the staff was nice at Breakfast Time - they had a smart TV in our room, it was really slow though

- - when we arrived nobody was there so we stood in front of the door screaming and knocking until another guest came and looked for a staff member for us (it was between 3 and 4pm so not an unreasonable hour) - we booked a room with A/C and when we arrived it didn’t work because another staff member had the remote, they told us that he was gonna come within half an hour, so we waited and nobody came. When we asked again they told us that we could go out and have dinner and it will be there by the time we arrive. We went out for several hours as we also took a walk around the city centre and so on. When we arrived the staff member still hasn’t been there, so we went to ask again and they first wanted to recheck again with his boss whether he can give us the remote, but since we paid extra to get a room with air conditioning he finally gave us the remote. - the carpets were super dirty (you could literally see it without bending down or anything) and we didn’t have any blankets. - they forgot to gave us toilet paper and when we asked I felt like they were annoyed we even asked

- Habitación sucia y con malos olores. No cumplieron con la hora del desayuno. Pésimo.

+ Personal del desayuno super atento

- Llegamos a las 2 am. Avisamos q llegábamos a esa hora y nos dijeron q nos esperariam. Nadie nos esperaba, llame y llame y cuando alguien logro abrir no sabia nada de la reserva fue todo un caos lograr instalarnos.

+ Tiene una buena ubicación

- La cama esta sucia, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien y los paños olían muy feo

+ El desayuno

- La ubicación y la habitación demasiada caliente

+ Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

+ Struttura con un rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico.

+ La ubicación esta muy bien puedes ir al centro de la ciudad de forma segura mínimo 10 mn ,el desayuno muy delicioso, no hay mucho para elegir, un lugar tranquilo para descansar

- Las habitaciones ,no estan aptas para ventiladores y si te dan aire acondicionado te cobran extra 10 dolares por noche ,los baños cortinas manchadas y las duchas se sale toda el agua

- Breakfast is not served until 07:30 or 08:00 and you can't use the kitchen before that :/

- El olor de alcanfor no me gustó

+ Los anfitriones son bastante amables. El lugar es bastante callado.

+ Le petit déjeuner le matin est très bon, la cuisine est bien équipée et c’est propre.

- Pour la chambre avec seulement le ventilateur il fait vraiment très chaud on étouffe, elle est très petite et aurait besoin d’un coup de frais

+ Me gustó mucho el trato de personal, súper atentos y amables, además con un resolución de problemas bastante efectiva

+ Le personnel, pti dej sont extras

- La literie et l'emplacement chambre 3, près de la cuisine, c'est pas top
