Schlechtester service ever und komplett unhygienisch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis richtig schlecht. NICHT HIER BICHEN - Haben ein dreier Zimmer gebucht. Scheinbar lief bei der Buchung was falsch, weshalb wir dann drei Einzelzimmer für die erste Nacht haben sollten. Die zimmer Waren dreckig. Beim Abspülen der Toilette kam das Wasser wieder unten raus + Kakerlaken. Das gebuchte Zimmer bekamen wir trotz versprechen nicht am nächsten Tag, deshalb checkten wir auf. Worst service ever and completely unhygienic. Price-performance ratio really bad. NOT HERE - Have booked a three-bedroom. Apparently the booking was wrong, which is why we should have had three single rooms for the first night. The rooms were dirty. When I flushed the toilet, the water came back down + cockroaches. The booked room we got despite the promise not the next day, so we checked out. Offers or money back gabs don't come out.
Very happy with the hotel for the price I paid. Clean and comfy beds, cheap food with big portions, right in the center of downtown Nairobi, and far better WiFi than the other reviews might suggest! Only downside is that the shower head was not attached to the pipe so I had to hold it in place... But I'm not complaining, everything else was fine and you expect a little more going wrong if you pay so little.
