- If you read some of the bad reviews and still thinking about booking it, please read this first. I have been travelling for a long time and had thousands of experiences and I am kind of personality, who let the things go if something is not so good. However this is the worst decision that i have ever made. If you are going with the 8.8 rating of hotel then stop, i did the same mistake. There was nothing working in my room. First they gave us room with insects and mosquitoes. I told them to clean up a bit and they told us, manage today they will do it tomorrow. Later our shower has no hot water. They sent a technician after 2 hours to check the issue and it got solved. That was the only issue that got solved. The first day was a bit cold so we didn’t need AC or Fan. Next day surprise surprise !!!. I firstly tried to turn on the Fan, obviously it was not working. I called the reception they told us straight on our face it is not working you can manage with AC. Guess what, I started AC and it was also not working. After losing all my hopes and trying for 20 minutes to turn on the AC, I tried to open the window. This was the moment I thought to write this review, so no one makes the mistake that I made. It was fixed with paper and card boards. I tried to open the window and it fell down. All this things i am doing at midnight. It was such a disaster. After all this problems that I faces they didn’t change my room and they had no guilt as well. There was nothing like, they showed in the photos no cleanliness, no proper answers, weird sound making windows. Greasy shower floor, dirty towels.

- The worst hôtel I’ve ever seen in the whole world . It didn’t look as in the pictures , walls , floors furniture everything looks old and not properly maintained. The room smells damp , I had to change it 3 times within 1 hour because everytime something in each of the rooms was broken . It was horrible , I asked for refund they didn’t accept so they forced me to stay and then I wanted to take shower and there were no warm water . The minimum of comfortable standards and when I went crazy on then they decided to give me a refund for the rest of the stay . Very baaaaad experience

- فندق قديم جدا ومتهالك والاثاث قديم وأسره غير مريحه والمرافق جدا قديمه ومستهلكه كثيرا حتى المناشف متقطعه في بعض الاماكن والغرفه جدا متسخة من الارضيه وحتى المروحه ورائحه الغرفه سيئه ويوجد بها حشرات كثيره وبالاخص عند زباله الغرفه وموظفين الاستقبال عبوسين لا يبتسمون ولا يرحبون ويتسابقون لركوب المصعد قبل النزلاء بما ان الاولويه للنزلاء ولا يوجد لديهم حامل الحقائب ويوجد في الفندق درج كثيره حتى تصل للاستقبال وقمت بحمل حقائبي للأعلى وحتى للغرف.. للعلم لقد حجزت لثلاثه أشخاص بالغان وطفل بعمر 6 سنوات وتفاجئت بغرفه صغيره جدا وليس بها سرير للطفل ولا سرير إضافي. لقد تفاجئت كثير تقييم هذا الفندق 9.2 وفندق نوفتيل في نفس الحي وهو 5 نجوم 8.7 لا أعرف من الذي يقيم الفنادق ويجعل الفنادق السيئه أعلى تقييم من الفنادق الكبيره. لقد كانت زيارتي لفيتنام اسبوعين وزرت مناطق كثير من الشمال والوسط إلى الجنوب وسكنت في كامل رحلتي أكثر من 8 فنادق وجميعهم توفقت في السكن باستثناء هذا الفندق لم اتوفق فيه. وختاما لا أنصح فيه أبدا ولو كان سعره رخيص من الأفضل زياده مبلغ بسيط واختار أفضل من هذا الفندق بكثر

- Hình trên app thì đã qua chỉnh sửa có view cực đẹp. Nhưng thực chất là ko hề như hình mà là cửa sổ nhìn ra nhà dân. Khuyên mn nếu đặt phòng thì gọi điện xác nhận thử có đúng ko phòng ko. Chứ phòng thực tế thì chả có view gì đâu. Tivi ko kết nối internet, thang máy hay bị hư. Không thể trang bị nổi điện thoại bàn để gọi cho lễ tân, mỗi lần có việc phải chạy xuống nói, nhắn tin phản hồi cực kì chậm. Wifi yếu.

- Rất nhiều điều không thích ở khách sạn này: - Nhân viên chán. - Máy lạnh kêu to còn hơn trực thăng, ồn không ngủ được. - Nước uống như nước nấu sôi, không phải nước suối đóng chai. - Thang máy chậm, cũ. - Khách sạn cũ, không sạch sẽ như hình. Theo tôi đáng 4/10 điểm. Không bao giờ quay lại

+ Location is definitely perfect.

- First of all two single beds combined together and it's very hard to sleep on it. You keep falling in between. We couldn't handle the cleaning.You have to push them to give you towels also, even if they clean, they never mop the floors. The toilet was moving and smelling because the water was coming. The room was big, everything was really old. And in bad condition also literally, they were open wires, both sides of the bed. I am not a picky person but I didn't like it, and I moved out immediately.

+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-equipped, and tidied up every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the city center and within easy reach of popular attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, especially the local dishes. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the comfort provided by the hotel. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

+ Good place with nice staff and convenient location. Room is spacious with beautiful view to the river and few walks to the river.
