+ La verdad, el hotel estaba muy limpio y al lado de Santa Kilda. La zona no es ni de lejos lo que era, pero eso obviamente no es responsabilidad del hotel.
- La ducha en nuestro cuarto estaba habilitada para discapacitados. Se salía todo el agua cada vez que nos duchabamos. Nadie nos informó de ello y tampoco nos dieron opción de cambio. El restaurante del hotel está siempre cerrado. Y la cafetería abre de mañanas pero creo que la atienden desde recepción.

La ubicación buenísima, el hostel bien si tan solo fuese como las fotos. La cocina parecía limpia y equipada y nos encontramos con algo completamente distinto. Mugre, suciedad. Siempre estaban todos los platos sucios y no solo por los huéspedes sino que en los cajones y lo estantes había grasa acumulada de hace años. No había tenedores ni cucharas. 2 platos. la gente comía de la ollas y on cucharones de cocinar. Decadente de ver. Si tan solo mejoraran la limpieza y prolijidad del lugar!...

+ Stayed here before so knew location was good
- Asked for low floor which was catered for but to have scaffolding outside our windows and workers on site at 8.30am wasn't good , not much of a good sleep really should of told us about the work going on then we could of got anotherroom , then after getting back to sleep eventually two workers at the door wanting to come in and frost the windows, we wasn't gonna move all our stuff so they could get them frosted ..
