+ La propreté
- La réceptionniste cheveux longue un peu brune,insupportable refusé d’appeller un taxi pour les clients de l’hotel .conversation avec colère un comportement rejetés.

+ Catastrophique former vos équipes la politesse est une base non négociable.

- Comportement d’un « manager » très désagréable. Je suis arrivé dans la chambre dis bonjour à mes amis étant donné les retrouvailles ça a fait un peu de bruit 30seconde et voilà qu’un manager se permet de toquer à la porte et d’un ton déplacer nous menace de nous virer de l’hôtel.

- The beds are so narrow one can't turn. There is no AC, it's a new Fan ventilation that is central and has zero controls on room. The shower will have luke warm water as they are environmentally conscious. There is no kettle or fridge in the room. The check in time is 3pm and early check in is 15EUR addonon. Bad deal for resting as the beds won't let you turn and the central Fan ventilation is stuffy on a good day and bad on a hot day.

+ Wifi is good, the Shower pressure is good, and the air conditioning is good.
- Very uncomfortable beds. The bathroom at reception is missing, I need to go to floor-1, where the men's bathroom has just one cabin. On the Last day of our stay, the contents of the toilet were overflowing, and the floor was full of....... The chair in the room is made of metal and is quite uncomfortable due to its metal wires. Never seen such an "invention". At breakfast, the client is expected to dispose of their used plates and cups.

Je me suis rarement sentie aussi bien dans une salle de bain partagée, c’était très propre (bien sur que ça dépends des colocataires). L’ambiance est très famille et groupe d’assez jeunes (18 ans) donc pour les voyageureuses solo c’est peut-être pas idéal pour les rencontres!
This hostel is SO GOOD. It is basically a hotel. Other than the beds sometimes being twin beds side by side it is a great stay. The dryer is very slow, but the rooms are cleaned daily for free and bedding is changed. The common areas are clean and accessible with everything you need. It is a great hostel for the price.
Points positifs : C'est très sécuritaire, la réception est toujours ouverte et le personnel est accueillant. Points négatifs : J'étais dans un dortoir pour 4, je trouve que l'emplacement des lits et l'espace de chacune manquait d'intimité. J'aurais aimé avoir plus d'espace de rangement et un casier qui peut se barrer dans la chambre.
el hostel hermoso, no recomiendo tanto la zona
Malheureusement l'accueil n'étais pas très agréable. J'ai l'impression de le déranger !!! Niveau prix 9 euros la pinte je trouve assez cher. Sachant que celle-ci était chaude . Sinon pour le reste impeccable 👍

had a good vibe in the community/bar area and was nice to have a space to hang out with good ambiance. kitchen and breakfast area were nice as well, with hotel quality breakfast for cheap. Room was nice and clean but lockers were not big enough to even fit a backpack in. Hostel is located right by a homeless shelter. No one ever bothered me while walking past but as a solo female traveler it did not feel like the safest location.
Chambres et installations géniales, et le personnel et vraiment gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et la qualité exceptionnelle.
Overall great hostel - thank you! Based on my scores that were 2 or 3 see below. Security - overall ok however could be improved. Anyone can walk in and access rooms. Atmosphere - Good - bit bland Facilities - Good - spacious breakfast area yet small kitchen with few amenities, no spoons (?!) with 1 cooker not working and wasn’t fixed for whole week. Only 1 public WC which was out of use for 2 days, meant going up to room (4 floors). Games needs more things like board games, cards, ...
entspanntes Hotel
+ Séjour de 2 nuits avec 2 ados, atmosphère agréable, personnel aux petits soins, chambre calme. Les espaces communs et l’extérieur donnent envie de se poser à l’hôtel et le confort de la cuisine partagée est un plus ! On reviendra 😁

+ Struttura pulita e di recente sistemazione. Colazione abbondante
- La zona non è tra le migliori.
+ La struttura è a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, la camera era funzionale e ben strutturata, il bagno ampio e tutto molto curato e pulito
- Lo spazio è adeguato per un soggiorno di pochi giorni, l'armadio è essenziale e lo spazio di agio è limitato, mancava la possibilità di sostituire i cuscini per chi non è abituato a dormire con quelli in piuma.
