- Dirty all round including linen, curtains, windows showers everything ……couches old, it needs care outdoor furniture everything is old and dirty
- Appartement qui ne correspond pas a celui réservé. Appartement vétuste, mal entretenu et tres mal équipé (pas de fourchettes, pas d ampoules au lampes, matelas inconfotable, douche qui fuit, etc...)

- The kitchen equipment and cutlery. There was only a pan, a small pot, and a colander. This was very difficult to cook with.

+ Everything was as advertised.Apartment was clean and spacious.Loved the indoor/outdoor space especially at night.
- Staff was not that friendly.No effort was put in the pre booked breakfast.Wifi was disconnected every night from 20h00 until you ask at reception to connect the wifi.
+ The staff were exceptional, honestly they really cared about our stay.
- The appliances are quite rusted and the aircon didn't work as well as we would have liked.
+ I loved how clean, peaceful, and comfortable the Water Point apartment was. It was a very relaxing place to stay.
- The apartment did not have some basic cleaning items like a mop and a carpet, which would have made the place more comfortable and easier to keep clean.
