+ Bohužel nic.
- Tady bylo špatně snad všechno. Absolutní hrůza. Pokoj nedostatečně a staře zařízený, špatná komunikace na recepci, snídaňový balíček absolutně neodpovídal ceně. Navíc, přestože jsme měli uhrazené 2 noci, pokoj po první noci znovu prodali a dostali jsme jiný pokoj. Parkoviště zpoplatněné.

- Not enough towels for 2 people, not changed often ,left the bed with the bedsheets on the side, to be changed, yet they were the same ones in the bed Nothing in the bathroom, it was water all over the place, shower gel .... a nightmare, big bottle upside down in they devices, one squeeze half of bottle down in the floor
- DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! The rooms were freezing cold, and it felt like sleeping in a bag. It was extremely claustrophobic. There was a very strange smell inside. I had dyed my hair before my trip, and the hotel towel turned red because of my red hair. Afterwards, they demanded more money from me for a single towel than the cost of staying there that night. They wanted me to pay 50 euros for a single towel, which is definitely robbery. When I said I could get a towel anywhere else and that it shouldn't be that expensive, they argued with me and were extremely rude. They wouldn't let us leave, and after a while (I think they were trying to figure out how much more money they could get out of me), they lowered it to 30 euros. Since I wasn't in my own country, I was extremely scared and had to pay. If you want to pay a night's hotel fee for one towel, you can choose to do so. I've never had such an experience in my life—it was outrageous!!

- Very small room fits maximum for 1 person with 1 carryon Water in the bathroom is white not clear i had to buy drinking water to use it in the bathroom
+ It's a shame to be charged for a coffee in the reception room. This hotel is really not for tourists.
- Nothing was of interest to me. This is not a hotel, not really worth any price.I find it strange this is in the system.

- Toto miesto ako hotel sa nemôže ani považovať. V izbe sa nachádzala klimatizácia, ktorá vôbec nekúrila, iba neustále hučala. V čase môjho pobytu bolo pritom vonku –2 °C.

+ nic, jedine ze to bolo 300m od vystaviska, kde sme boli sluzobne
- vsetko bolo otrasne: parking nemaju vobec ako uvadzaju, poslu vas na sukromne parkovisko 300m od hotela za 240czk za noc izba je vlastne iba postel a chodbicka 50cm x 100cm, neni tam ani kde si polozit kufor voda v sprche tecie len vlazna, na teplu ci horucu zabudnite okno je do betonovej steny, ktora je 30cm od neho nevyspali sme sa vobec, kedze je tam pocut uplne vsetko este aj ked na chodbe cinkne vytah ranajky podpriemerne a nescafe zo stroja nas uz dorazilo uplne... fakt neodporucame, ani len ak potrebujete lacno prespat, pretoze 77€ za 2 osoby nie je malo a toto je fakt hroza

+ Lokalizacja super, tuż obok przystanku tramwajowego. Życzliwa i sprawnie rozmawiająca po angielsku obsługa, pyszne śniadania.
- Sala do śniadań malutka jak na takie obłożenie wobec czego bardzo długo trzeba było czekać aż zwolni się stolik. Z uwagi na małą przestrzeń panował tam wszechobecny ścisk.
+ El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación esta bien, hay un tranvia a 6 minutos. El sitio es limpio. Y el personal es muy resolutivo, nos han dado solución a todo. Muy recomendable.
- La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba bien y hacia mucho frío. Pero el personal nos ha dado un calefactor. El comedor es muy pequeño para toda la gente que hay en el hotel. Habia mucha cola y no habia sitio para sentarse.

+ I have read some comments before and I must say I disagree with them after staying here. I don't need receptionists fake smiling at me as long as they are polite and helpful which they were. The room was also normal sized, one can't expect a palace for such a cheap price. It was clean and well connected with public transport. One can store luggage there after the check out. I didn't have to pay any deposit for the damages. So overall for a budget price you get a perfectly decent accomodation.
- I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. Also the coffee at breakfast doesn't taste good.

+ Для ночевки нормально, так как целый день гуляли по Праге. Завтрак отличный, удобное время с 7 до 11.
- Очень маленькие номера, стены тонкие, слышно всё. Нет телевизора

- Otrzymałem pokuj bez ogrzewania z połamanymi kafelkami w łazience i uszkodzonym łóżkiem oraz starą wyleżałą poduszką na szczęście na czystej pościeli
+ Hotel je super, uredan i cist. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Doručak raznolik i ukusan. Tranvajska stanica je 5 minuta od hotela.
