The property’s location was great and it had a cute cat. Unfortunately the window did not lock and the bedroom door lock wasn’t secure either. Staff were uninterested and unhelpful.

location is great but everything else was quite terrible. the rooms had a strong chemical smell, it didn't look clean either. they are doing construction in the courtyard, loud and dusty. stay somewhere else

I do not understand how this place has good ratings…our room reeked of cigarette smoke. So bad that my partner and I’s eyes were burning and we could not sit in the room. When it came to sleep the smell was so overwhelming, even with the windows open that we felt ill! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Grateful we were only there one night before taking a bus to Lanquín. There are wayyyy better options for that price range in Pana. Would not recommend

As far as hostels go, unfortunately this was one of the rougher ones I've stayed in. I was pretty shocked since the reviews were so good. The water was out - which I get was out of their control, but still made for a pretty rough stay. We were in a private and while the room was nice, there were also a lot of bugs. Not the biggest deal, and none were bothersome - but also fair warning. The staff were really accommodating though, which helped a lot. Atmosphere was pretty dry too, not a lot of soc...

Well located little hostel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communal kitchen which is very small but does the job. The free daily coffee was a great bonus. On the main strip but tucked away so it’s not busy or unsafe. Very chill atmosphere, not a party hostel.

Cute private room! The place had a nice vibe. Downpoint was that the rooms were very noisy and the bathroom is somewhat small and outdated, even for Guatemalan terms. But overall, would come back here.

Great location. Staff are friendly but didn’t speak much English. Hostel room was clean and generally comfortable. There were a couple frustrations in the room though: head board not attached to frame so you constantly hear banging from your head board as well as from other rooms, the room door was very challenging to properly lock, and the neighbours in te building in front of the hostel were quite loud into the night (though this may have been a special occasion because it was New Year’s D...

Really nice, calm, comfortable hotel. it's just off a busy street with bars, restaurants etc but because it's set back, it's quiet. Staff were helpful, bed was comfy. Not really a hostel for meeting other travelers, more of a hotel.

Petit hôtel charmant, jolies chambres à tarif plus que raisonnable, personnel adorable et excellent emplacement. Petite cuisine à disposition et possibilité de faire laver ses affaires à prix imbattable : vraiment le top !

Staff was very nice and our room was comfortable and spacious. We felt safe and appreciated that we could use the laundry service for a fee.

Everything was smooth and I was able to check-in at 2 am. Highly recommend, it’s clean and offers all basic services.

Location is great, very central and in a quiet area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kitchen well maintained Beds and furniture are outdated. I wish they used white linens instead of dark colors.

L'hôtel est très mignon et très propre. Il est au centre de la ville. Il y a du café et du thé gratuit ce qui est appréciable. Le seul point un peu négatif: la cuisine est un peu petite (il ne tient qu'une personne à la fois). Pour le reste, c'est top !

We had a comfortable double room with private bathroom. Everything was fine and clean. The staff was really friendly. Great location, quiet at night. Free water and tea was nice.

Amazing location! We didn’t realise how close we were to everything when we booked so we were pleasantly surprised. In walking distance to everything you need and rooms were comfortable. Considering the hostel is on the main road it was so quiet and peaceful! Would recommend.

We only stayed for one night before a shuttle out of Pana. You can't beat the value. The girl on reception was so friendly and helpful (although she only spoke Spanish). The kitchen is tiny but at least there is one. The parrot is really cool. More of a budget hotel than a hostel so no atmosphere really.

Nos gustó mucho quedarnos en este hostel. Ubicación buena, personal bueno. Habitaciones muy buen espacio y tamaño de camas. El baño no fue el mejor pero cumple su función. Queremos hacerle una mención especial a Samuel, fue muy especial con nosotros desde el día que llegamos, su carisma, amabilidad, respeto y esa gran sonrisa siempre al ayudar. Gracias Samuel, ojalá siempre hayan personas como usted, hizo nuestra estancia mucho mejor. Recomendaría este lugar a más personas.

Great option for staying in Panajachel. Staff were so nice and helpful! Rooms were cosy and everything was super clean. They also have the sweetest cat :)
