- The pothead staff that screwed me around. Found a much better place to stay nearby. Look online for exploding battery in hostel, it was there,guys are lucky nobody got hurt, place is a death trap!

- On the app, it was clearly stated that towels were provided by the hotel. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there were no towels available after I asked. This caused us considerable inconvenience, as we had to go out and buy towels elsewhere. The check-in time was only at 2:00 PM, which should have given the staff enough time between check-out and check-in to wash and prepare extra towels for guests. In addition, the staff were not very friendly, and the room was dirty, with belongings from previous guests still inside. This shows a lack of care with cleaning and room preparation. I hope Booking can forward this feedback to the property and consider some form of compensation, as the experience was far below the standard expected

- The whole experience was terrible. So many people for the space, one toilet per 50 people at least, the rooms are so dirty and ridiculously small, and free dinner? That’s a joke. It was very disappointing.

+ Tuvimos una experiencia bastante decepcionante. Una de las razones por las que elegimos este hostel fue porque incluía la cena, pero al llegar a las 7:15 pm (cuando el cartel en recepción decía que empezaba entre 7 y 7:30) nos dijeron que ya no quedaba comida y no ofrecieron ninguna solución. La habitación para 6 personas era extremadamente chica, no se podía ni caminar entre las camas, con un olor muy fuerte y sin ventilación adecuada. Para completar, encontramos cucarachas en la cocina. No lo recomendaría y definitivamente no volvería.

+ Elegimos este alojamiento porque ofrecía la cena ( el precio mas caro que otros hostel pero si te dan comida se justificaba ) , en la recepción dice que arrancan a dar la cena 7/7:30pm, llegamos 7 y 15, terminamos de hacer el check in, preguntamos por la cena y nos dice ya no hay más! Entonces no es verdad que incluye cena porque estaba paga y no recibimos comida, y no hubo ninguna intención de compensar la situación. La habitación era muy pequeña para 6 personas y olía muy mal. Además en el comedor había cucharadas.

- La limpieza de los espacios comunes y que las camas no tuvieran cortinas, por lo que había muy poca privacidad

+ El staff. El respeto a la hora del silencio. La ubicacion. La cena. El ambiente. Estaba limpio y poco masificado

- Todo bien. Quizás algo antiguo, pero lo compensa el precio. No tiene aire acondicionado. Hay un ventilador.

+ The staff were great, there was a super friendly vibe to the hostel. Great location too, super close to both the city centre and the beach’s like Bondi

- Curtains on the beds would be a nice addition
