Sol Plaza Hotel

- Charged my credit card even though i had revoked authorisation to charge that credit card

+ Nada. Está viejísimo las fotos no tienen nada que ver. No hay calefacción y las habitaciones están heladas. Baño sucio con moho y pelos en la bañera. Jamás volveríamos y las opiniones claramente no son realistas con lo que es.

- Todo. Un horror de sitio

- Las sábanas están sucias, elegimos este hotel por la bañera y no nos proporcionaron tapón para que el agua no se vaya.

+ Good location and clean

- Breakfast was poor and no water is provided. We asked for takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early and the bread was so hard they had to be thrown away as it was so stale. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi and it was the smallest car and couldn’t even fit our luggage in the boot, the car was so old it almost didn’t get us there on a 1km journey, felt like a very poor service.

+ The hotel is ideally situated right next to the main square, which is incredibly convenient for exploring the area. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with preparing a breakfast box for an early activity, which was much appreciated.

- Both my friend and I ended up with bedbug bites, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, we noticed that the sheets and blankets were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The shower also had very weak water pressure, which further impacted our experience.

- La struttura non è tenuta bene. I vetri sono sottilissimi e fanno passare freddo e rumori dall'esterno. Non c'è riscaldamento e neanche un telefono per chiamare alla reception. Informazione di servizi sbagliata o falsa. Niente asciugacapelli. La colazione poca. Peccato perché e vicinissima alla stazione.

+ Personel is great and the room was clean.Also the breakfast was the best meanwhile our trip in Peru.

- Hotel is Old,rooms could be renovated.Also light in the room was a bit dark.

+ 位置很好，出门100米就是主教堂和主街，换汇和吃饭非常方便。酒店舒适宽敞，早餐水果品种比较多，前台服务人员好沟通。我们住了一晚，又去的的喀喀湖，回来再续订2晚

+ Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, großzügige Betten, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

- Allgemein schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung

+ Ottima posizione a pochi passi da Plaza de armas e neanche dieci minuti dal lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari . Il personale è davvero gentile e accogliente. La reception h24

- La struttura è un po datata, la camera dava su una strada molto rumorosa la mattina e purtroppo in stanza c’era un po’ di polvere. La colazione sarebbe da migliorare un pochino: a parte la frutta non c’era opzioni senza uovo e senza lattosio perché era presente anche in tutto il pane offerto. La stufetta in dotazione della camera era veramente datata

+ Meile meeldis personal väga abivalmis ja sõbralikud. Meeldis asukoht kesk väljaku lähedal. Hea pesupesemise võimalus ja hea hommikusöök

- Dušš ainult laes ja puudub vannimüts. Näorätik kahe peale üks.

+ Posizione, grandezza della camera, gentilezza del personale, letto enorme e comodo, cuscini alti e morbidi, pulizia, molte prese per la corrente. Bellezza dell’interno del hotel e delle camere. Bagno bellissimo peccato manchi solo una tenda o un box doccia per non bagnarlo tutto.

- Non ce la tenda né il vetro nella doccia e quando ci si lava si allaga il bagno, la colazione è scarsa di dolce come tutti gli hotel del Perù del resto ma qui non ci sono nemmeno le Brioches

+ Personal muy amable y súper céntrico.

- Hôtel vieux , pas bien entretenu. Poussière , salle de bain pas très propre et trop vieux

+ Great value for money. Clean. Central. All you need.

+ The Staff was very available and helpful. The room was comfortable and there was always hot water :-)
