CLH Suites Ilha Grande

This accommodation is absolutely not recommended. I booked a double room, but upon arrival they were overbooked and had no room available. Despite this being their mistake, they offered no real solution or compensation and left me to arrange an alternative myself. The staff also came across as unfriendly and took no responsibility.

Super vieze kamer, kakkerlakken liepen er in rond. Dak lekte. Geen schone handdoeken. Personeel deed hun best, spraken geen Engels maar waren vriendelijk. Locatie goed.

Excelente

Great location, literally just a few easy steps to the beach & a short walk to the Pier/restaurants. Bathroom was very small but other than that happy with the room & space outside to dry towels etc. The cleaner did an excellent job clearing our room of sand everyday & giving us fresh towels. Definitely great cleanliness. Staff friendly & relaxed. They have a shower/toilet behind reception which is really handy if you decide to check out & get the last boat out to get an extra day on the island.

La habitación estaba bien, pero el día que llegamos nos dijeron que no había agua caliente, así que nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. El desayuno no estaba incluído y tuvimos que pagar 30 reales cada uno. Ojo, fue muy bueno y completo pero pensamos que por el precio estaba incluído. La seguridad es buena, tiene entrada magnética y caja de seguridad dentro de la habitación. El personal amable y disponible cuando se lo necesitó.
