Big Tree Hostel

- My experience was disappointing because I had an early morning arrival about which I informed in advance. I was told by the phone that there will be someone at reception when I arrive and I'll have to call on the phone. However, upon my arrival the door was closed and nobody answered the phone. I called many many times. So I had to search for another accommodation at 5 am. When I found another one and requested a cancellation explaining the situation, they didn't even apologize.

+ I got a room of my own, but the bathroom and toilet are separate and shared.

- They lied about having 24 hour reception. Instead of having reception, they close the gates to the property, so you cannot enter after 10pm. I tried to find someone at the reception for multiple nights in a row, nobody was there and I was forced to get a room at a different hotel so I could sleep at night. If you go outside at night, and you expect to come back to a room and a bed, do not book here. Come back in the afternoon if you want to be able to get inside. The window in my room was busted, so the wind would blow inside, this was in January. I do not recommend it in the winter, as the only thing they have in the room is a fan. The customer service of Big Tree Hostel is unfriendly, I do not recommend interacting with them at all.

- 1.每天晚上停水，洗漱不方便； 2.外带食物不能在餐厅吃，需要点他们餐厅的食物； 3.不允许洗任何布料，内衣内裤要怎么呢？ 4.同一天价格浮动，老板看见不同的人给不同的价格； 5.打扫卫生的阿姨完全不管房间里有没有人在睡觉，只要有人出房间，就开始开灯打扫，喷非常刺鼻的消毒水，闻到会头疼的程度； 6:床单很脏，还有上一位客人遗留下的血迹

- The room was filled with mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. room was unbearably hot, and there was only one small fan that barely provided any reliefThe washroom was absolutely filthy and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The stench was unbearable, and I felt uncomfortable using it throughout my stay. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hostel to look elsewhere for accommodation.

+ ההוסטל קרוב מאוד למרכז התיירותי. נותני השירות בקבלה לא כל כך שירותיים והפגינו חוסר גמישות. המקלחות בקומה העליונה ללא מים חמים. נמצאו בחדר שלנו שישה ג'וקים- הזהרו!

+ Понравилась уборка в хостеле. Респект женщине, которая там убирается. Начинает с утра и целый день. Протирает даже окна.

- Поставила неудовлетворительные оценки персоналу, которые лишили меня одного бронирования. Завершённое бронирование мне было очень нужно для участия в программе лояльности Geneus на Букинг.сом. Но персонал отправил в Букинг отмену и сообщил, что я не приехала, не дождавшись меня. А я приехала ночью с границы и прожила в этом хостеле четыре дня. Хотя я звонила им несколько раз и предупреждала, что приеду ночью. Так из за их ошибки, меня лишили целого бронирования, которого мне как раз и не хватает. Восстановить справедливость мне так и не удалось

+ There is nothing i liked about this hostel apart from the rooftop cafe.

- Room was ok ok like other hostel room they have 6bed in a small room and a ground floor room for female dorm. Also washroom is shared with other rooms. There is no particular lock also you need to share washroom with men even though you are taking female dorm. Then what is the point of taking female dorm. They have 1 toilet in every floor for the whole floor. No space for hanging the cloths in bathroom. Even the bathroom is open. I didn't like the hostel at all. Atleast you should give one bathroom separate for female dorm.

+ Good Location, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean

- All the stairs I had to climb. Should change the name to Big Treehouse Hostel. Sometimes there wasn't any hot water for the showers.

+ Erg aardig personeel! Lange tijd hier gezeten, was een prima locatie.

- Soms wat geluidsoverlast (maar kamer op de 2de verdieping geen last van gehad!)
