K2 Brisbane

My worst experience ever and won’t repeat it again.

Room was clean and pretty nice - hotel standard. But the place felt very clinical, with no space to meet people or socialize and no fun / social atmosphere. Only one washer, one dryer, and one tiny kitchen.

K2 was a good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and friendly atmosphere. The staff were kind and helpful, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were good and everything was very clean. Our room had no air conditioning which made it very hot and damp with some noticeable mould on the ceiling and a big fridge acting more like a radiator because the outside would get so hot. We may have just been unlucky there, because otherwise this was a lovely stay.

Clean , rooms, clean showers and the staff Daniel and hazel who so helpful and kind , fantastic location for everything 👍

Does the job. Clean and comfortable. Small room near Roma street. Big climb up hill to get there though, just so you’re aware. Has kitchen, laundry and showers.

room was a bit hot and there was a bit of noise on the road at night but other than that it was great the place was super clean and the staff were super helpful

dormi dans une chambre seul avec tv, frigo, bureau, rangements : il s'appel le K2 comme le deuxième plus haut sommet du monde... parce que l'hostel est vraiment top ! propreté de la chambre, des toilettes et douches au top, proche des lignes bus et trains mais aussi d'un magnifique parc. lieu calme ! les céréales du matin offerte... l'accueil avec une bouteille d'eau, un paquet de chips et un soda... et les serviettes de bains... des espaces top... donc les yeux fermer, j'y retourne...

A great place to stay, well priced, good facilities, lovely clean bed and linen. We stayed overnight to beat the prices of airport hotels. Good position with restaurants within close walking distance and 20 minute transfer to airport.

Modern hostel close to the city centre with good shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.

K2 was a great hostel and such good value for money! We had a lovely stay, the beds were so comfy, the location was perfect and the whole place was spotless!!

Surprising well kept and very clean room. Really appreciated the facilities in the room. Microsoft, iron, fridge, water in fridge shower and toilet room. Disappeared that the Tv only had app options. Could find the free to air stations like ABC , 10, 9 and 7. Mattress was a bit difficult to sleep on. Perhaps my fault. Msle

A great hostel for a pit stop or if you prefer a private room on your travels. Facilities were great

Absolutely worth staying! Modern new renovated building, clean and quiet space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location close to the centre and beautiful Roma park at the doorstep.

very clean, great location and friendly staff. everything you need to stay in brisbane. i cousins recommend this place anymore! if i was to travel back to brisbane, without doubt id be back here. free breakfast (cereal and milk provided) tea and coffee which was great. very clean facilities, well decorated and very modern. thank you so much
