Revolution Pai In Town

Isn’t the best hostel if you want any sort of social aspect and the toilets aren’t the cleanest.

There were bugs in my bed and it was not clean. The hostel is also really isolated and does not feel like a party hostel. You had to walk 6 minutes to get to the other hostel.

There was construction happening right outside our window which woke us up every morning. The place is under renovations now so there is no reception or hang out area so not social at all. Have to go down to the other revolution if you want to socialise which is close by but just sad there was no hangout spot for us in this place.

Het was zo gigantisch goor de kamer, liepen kakkerlakken en je kreeg niet eens een normaal deken maar flyshdeken, dan denk je dat is toch niet nodig met warmer weer jawel, de airco maakt de kamer super koud. Ook was er continu dat water het niet deed.

A great hostel for partying, but that’s the only thing they focus on. You’re “warned” that it’s a party hostel, so no surprises there, but I would appreciate it if they also focused on cleaning the rooms. I found it extremely dirty, and the cleaning was done far too rarely—and poorly when it was. My roommate found cockroaches in their bed…

This isn’t actually a revolution location, just a building and you have to walk 8-10 minutes to the actual Revolution (riverside). If you’re going to walk, you may as well get something cheap and walk to revs anyway. Bathrooms were horrendous, full of bugs and way too many bunks in each room. Staff were amazing as usual with revs, also refunded 3 of my 5 nights but would not recommend this, especially for €20 a night. Feels like a scam

I would not recommend this hostel. Rock hard bed which squeaks everytime you move, only cold water for showers, unclean, ensuite shower would flood the bathroom, bathroom bin was so small for 8 people and would quickly overflow. When the cleaners came, someone was using the bathroom so the bin was not emptied for 2 days. I also found staff at the bar and reception to be pretty rude in how they would speak to you.

Great location in Pai, but extremely basic, dark, dingy dorms and bathroom. We left early. Only stay here if you want a wild alcohol-fuelled time as that's the entire vibe.

First hostel I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. impossible to plug my charger on the bed outlet cause it was falling. No explanation from the staff. They just dropped me at my room. I wouldn't recommend

Der Standort Revolution in Town ist nicht wie beschrieben neu renoviert, sondern eher heruntergekommen und dafür zu teuer. Es gibt dort wirklich garnichts außer die Zimmer und für einen Aufenthaltsbereich, die Rezeption oder Trinkwasser muss man immer zum Haupthostel laufen. Zweimal hatte ich einen Käfer auf meinem Bett. Kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Considering everything, its the perfect place to stay at if you want to do nice trips but also fun events with other young travellers. The volunteers were all really nice, especially Lucas showed me around the moment I checked in and helped me a lot throughout my stay

Had a fantastic stay here, all the staff were brilliant especially the GOAT Kamran. Was nice staying in town where it’s more chill but you’ve got the option to visit the riverside Revs just down the road.

10/10 once again! tam, oli, Kieran, Stef, Jonny ,fleur, max and all the staff were wonderful hosts and cool asf. Jungle tubing is an absolute must! If you want to get a little crazy or just meet new people over family dinner revolution has yet to disappoint. Would recommend and will be back ;

Great hostel, close to the markets and most of the town but quiet enough if you want an early one. Head to the other Rev near the river for a few beers, the Reps are really good, esp Kieran.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are really helpful, especially Johnny. He's very hands-on (Also love the 2 cute dogs). He always made sure my stay is comfy and also gave good insider tips in Pai. 🤙🏻 I personally prefer this branch. It's social but not crazy enough for a party, which I think is the good amount of atmosphere you need if you don't feel like partying and just want to chill and have a nice time.

The best hostel in thailand! So close to everything you need and the free dinner and activities at riverside. The reps are insane, Tam and Fleur especially! Made me feel so welcome and included! Would 100% recommend to anyone, I will be back!

blood on my bed sheets on arrival but changed quickly, can use the facilities at the other revs which is where all the social stuff happens

Great social hostel - you have to go the one by the river for the evening events and free dinner but honestly it’s no trouble as it’s around a 2-3 minute walk. Super quiet in the evenings as well so you can get a good sleep when you need to, it’s a great mix of being more lively and relaxing. Location is also perfect, pretty much everything you need within a 5 minute walk. would definitely recommend

We ended up extending our stay due to the amazing relationships with some of the reps. Carla made us feel very welcome on our first night and looked out for us when on group activities. Jamie was also really helpful and was always up for a chat. The hostel always had something to do in the evenings. We HIGHLY recommend!

Great hostel in the centre of Pai. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Issues with cleanliness in en-suite bathroom but rest of hostel was clean. Would recommend to people who enjoy a party hostel

Friendly staff. Rooms were very dark and the room felt very enclosed as the beds were very close together, okay value for money.

Loved staying here. Mateo was awesome and I’d highly recommend if you love to party

I stayed here with 4 mates. We were treated amazingly, the staff are very honest and generous like tam in particular. Overall we had a brilliant time with events on every night and a guaranteed good time 😊

Pretty average, not a lot of social atmosphere going on and you have to leave the common areas after like 11pm

The place was very nice and relaxed if you’re wanting that. Very clean as well. I met really nice people who were very friendly called max and he gave us good chat.
