- My room smelled like pee/toilet
+ El recepcionista fue muy amable.
- La habitación no tenía ventanas al exterior, sólo una a una escalera interna. El baño olía muy mal y se escuchaba cuando tiraban la cadena del inodoro en otras habitaciones y salía agua del nuestro. La verdad es que tienen que mejorar el desayuno y todo en general para que sea un lugar aceptable.

- Se nos rompió una jarra sin querer y nos la hicieron pagar, de muy malas formas. Primero nos pedían un precio luego otro, hasta tres precios diferentes. Les reclamamos una factura de la jarra pagada y nos decían que no podían hacerla. Hasta que les dijimos que la queja iba a ir a Booking, hay nos tiraron el dinero en el mostrador de malas formas y nos decían que no nos queríamos hacer responsables cuando en todo momento la estábamos pagando, solo queríamos una factura del pago de la jarra. Muy mal personal y solo querían sacar dinero de un hecho accidental.
- Owner's children throw food and heavy ball at us from 4 floor (we were sitting on the couch in the lobby, there's internal balconies). They did it absolutely on purpose. The owner absolutely ignored us and apologized only after several attempts to talk with her from our side.

- Wi-fi não funciona, quarto com a tv que não funciona, banheiro tem janela que é possível ver outros hotéis sem privacidade, quarto fica no 4° andar, sem elevador, não tem ar condicionado ou ventilador, café da manhã muito ruim, quarto fica ao lado de um vão livre onde é possível escutar tudo, muito barulho!

- This was the worst experience I ever had. First the really bad smell in rooms was awful the bad shitd was stinky Inside the bed shits was some kind of really old blanket which also smell baf. But this wasn't the worst during the night some kind of bugs bites us and we was all over in red marks which was itchy
+ Everything you show about the hotels on your web page is a big lie
- Breakfast was bad, the staff did not provide what i needed The hotel and the rooms were not coean and in good shape Location was ok

- Quarto super pequeno e sem janela para fora. Banheiro pequeno. Quarto super abafado sem circulação de ar nem ventilador. Café da manhã muito fraco.

- Noise, kids screaming out our window which had to be open for air. Disco close by until 4am, drunks yelling at each other.. we could clearly hear the guy next door using the bathroom. As for the room it was very cramped, water pressure low. Restaurant 15 meters away with clear view inside our room with see through curtains.

+ Pedimos habitacion no ruidosa y estuvo bien. El colchón aceptable
- El internet no funciono, las almohadas muy altas y no se consiguio cambio, Las cobijas pesan muchísimo. El horario del desayuno para Machupicchu es muy corto de 6 a 8 am y no hay otra alternativa.
+ La ubicación
- Las habitaciones tienen olor a humedad, a pesar de tener ventanas abiertas. No se podía estar del olor que había. Desayuno muy básico y de mala calidad. La recepcionista de la tarde poco amable y nada resolutiva.
+ Die Mädels des Hostals waren gelangweilt bis genervt. Der junge Mann (Chef?) war freundlich hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig.
- Das Frühstück, bis Punkt 8:00 Uhr war armselig. Schon um 20 vor 8:00 war das bißchen Wurst aufgegessen. Eier gab es nicht. Die 1 Sorte Marmelade wsr flüssig wie Fruchtsaft. Der Fruchtsaft war den Namen nicht wert und schlicht ungenießbar. Exact um 8:00 Uhr wurde auch dieser, sowie der Kaffee abgeräumt. Um 5 nach 8 war von einem Desayuno nichts mehr zu erahnen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, das Zimmer hat nur eine grelle Glühbirne von der Decke. Stromdose zum Laden des Handys gegenüber vom Bett.

Tiene buena ubicación cerca de la terminal de tren todo ok pequeño desayuno y un poco de ruido en las habitaciones la habitación estaba limpia y agua caliente
+ Viaje con mis padres mayores y me dieron la facilidad de poder ubicarlos en la habitación del primer piso, además nos fue a recoger a la estacion del tren y en la noche te invitan muña o alguna infusión para el frío, son muy amables, siempre están pendientes y atentos.

- Bread at breakfast could have been fresher, acoustics of the building can be noisy

- WIFI服務不穩定，房間內插電座難以使用，隔音非常差，許多旅人早起要去馬丘比丘，但對我們不用早起的人來說，凌晨四五點一直被吵醒。

- The internet connection didn’t work during our stay. The Wi-Fi was not working, and even mobile signal inside the hotel was very weak or unavailable. The breakfast was also quite limited and could be improved.

+ L’emplacement est parfait, autant pour les trains que pour les bus. Douche chaude et bon débit.
- Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, s’arrête à 8h, plus rien à 8h03… Check-out à 9h…. mais peuvent garder nos affaires. Personnel assez froid, énormément d’humidité dans les chambres.
