Awful experience. For about 3 hours starting at 1am the employees were in and out. They took someone’s stuff. They woke and quizzed all of us our names. I felt extremely unsafe. Then they had another woman come in that sat up the rest of the night ranting about cops and wars. The poor woman whose stuff was removed took an uber to another hotel at3am.

They did not know how to cancel my reservation. Have no choice but to dispute charges on my credit card

The breakfast isn’t enough… just cake and juice or coffee…

I saw photos on website and I thought I made the right choice. I got to my room a dude was already laying on my bed. He looked intoxicated and I made him stand up and go to his right bed number which was on the top of the bunk bed but he decided to jump into another bed on the lower level. He looked 100% skittish. I got over 3 decades of proper martial arts with international comp and I knew I shouldn’t stay in that room. I canceled the following week and they still charged me. Be careful.

bad experience, won't come back

We was separated when check in while dorm still available, toilet paper is empty. Room 201 and 204 are both smelly. We booked and pay for 3 nights but after a night we must find another hotel nearby. Not recommend this place.

The hostel is part of a motel, not quite what I expected. When I arrived in my room I was greeted by the only other traveller in the room, a woman who immediately told me about how she was waiting for space in a shelter to open up. She said she had been staying there a while and had multiple trash bags containing all her things. I’m glad she found somewhere to stay but it just wasn't the environment I was hoping for. I would rather a place to meet fellow travellers and not long term guests.

This isn’t a real hostel, but a motel with a few rooms that removed the furniture and put in three bunk beds. I couldn’t find it originally as it’s not branded from the exterior, and the motel name is one the sign, so I felt lost. When I arrived I was given a key and you have to go up the exterior stairs to get to your room. There are absolutely no toiletries as mentioned. For mixed rooms there is nowhere a woman has a private place to change so I got up before the men and put on my street...

you can walk to disneyland but don't plan on spending any time here. it's a converted hotel room, so the shared bathroom is right there. when i was there the room was dirty, untidy, and smelly.

Very good for a hostel. Nice staff. I don't like the "all-automated reservations", but aside from that ALL is very good.

Had issues with sink water smelled coming out and shower water was only luke warm. They came and cleaned out sink left a cup on counter was told no issues but found that sink was clogged and smell coming from drain, shower was not very warm, they said it was fine and replaced handle. Could not get second pillows at 11 pm no one on the top so my friend and took pills from upper bunk chewed out for this, asked for second pillow next night, charged for pillows 20.00. I got bug bed bites also

It’s definitely not a hostel, just shared rooms. For me, since I only stayed one night and really just needed a place to sleep and leave my luggage, it worked. Location is GREAT!

At least have a better cleaning

Went to breakfast when it opened and they didn’t have anything. An older man yelled at us two nights in a row for whispering and opening our locker, even though it was 8pm. The lady on staff was nice and said she would’ve offered us another room if something was available. I feel like I should be able to get a refund though, considering I felt unsafe in the room after the second time he yelled at us.

Adequate for a roof over my head. Staff friendly and accommodating. Cleaning needs to be worked on.

Shared room, not bad. It was decently clean. I wish the beds had a curtain on them for privacy - that would not be too hard to add and would be nice. Bathroom was in ok condition. Staff was communicative and kind. Good location to disney/convention center. Breakfast could be better but atleast they gave something. Not bad overall for $30/night. I never really felt unsafe

Parking included, great location, need a common area for people to gather during poor weather and breakfast is below basic.

Es de las peores estancias que he tenido. No es un hostal, es un hotel. No tiene la atmósfera y seguridad propia de un hostal. Me sentí muy insegura. Las personas en mi habitación no eran viajeras, sino personas extrañas que viven o pasan el tiempo ahí por lo barato y conveniente del inmueble. El precio es muy conveniente. La ubicación buena. Los colchones se le salen los resortes. Personal servicial. Limpieza buena. El desayuno incluido conveniente.

Very nice place, staff was amazing. Very close to everything walking distances to disneyland maybe 20 mins. Will stand there again.

I needed to stay for about a week and a half and save a lot of money by staying at the shared women's room. Also met a lot of interesting people from all over the world. Pat

Basically a bad motel room with a lot of beds.

Breakfast included, super clean and central to walk to disney. Only hostel in Anaheim, glad they exist...

So glad they offer this in California! Clean, Safe, Central and the Best Value in Town. Got some new international friends going to Disneyland together from there!

Decent location and value for the price.

Not really a hostel. it's a motel with a few dorm rooms. Clean enough, staff are nice. The breakfast is probably the saddest hostel breakfast I've had but it's enough. All sugar though. The room is so dark during the day as there's no real room light, just lamps. Fridge and microwave in the room is handy. Don't drink the tap water. Staff will fill your bottle with filtered but it's inconvenient.
