- El ambiente, la atención del personal
+ The place is fairly clean.
- When making a reservation they charge your credit card for the first night and when you arrive they charge the entire amount of your stay (instead of the remaining balance). They say they will refund the first night but this of course didn't happen so it took me more than a month to get my money back through my bank. Their response during this process was 'we did everything right so sort it out with your bank'. I've travelled a lot in my life and I've never come across a place where they have this payment procedure, would not recommend staying here.
- You could hear everything , every movement in the hostal. Even though I have my own private room it doesn’t feel private.

- Baño privado estaba fuera de la pieza. En la noche cuando llegué despues de cenar, estaba cerrado y no pude acceder a el hasta la mañana y no había a quien reclamarle, ya que de noche no hay recepcionista. Y soy diabetico, necesito ir al baño varias veces en la noche.
Lo barato sale caro. Llegué por recomendación pero yo NO lo recomiendo: - Me atrasaron el vuelo de ida e igualmente me cobraron estadía completa (4 noches cuando estuve solo 3) - La casa es antigua y de madera, siendo ésta muy ruidosa - Camas viejas e incómodas - No funcionaba el agua caliente ni la luz del baño; ambas tuvieron que ser reparadas - No incluye servicio de limpieza a la habitación ni desayuno Valoro que me hayan compensado con un desayuno luego de tanto inconvente
I arrived by recommendation but I do NOT recommend it: - I was delayed on my flight and also charged for a full stay (4 nights when I was alone 3) - The house is old and wooden, this one being very noisy - Old and uncomfortable beds - The hot water and bathroom light did not work; both had to be repaired - Does not include room cleaning service or breakfast Value that they compensated me with a breakfast after so much inconvenience

- La habitación estaba hedionda, casi q no se podía respirar de hecho tuve q comprar un ambientador para poder pasar las 2 noches, la cama super incomoda, sonaba mucho.....y es tercera vez que me quedo allí pero esta vez estuvo fatal

- La acústica. Escucho hasta la respiración del que está en la habitación de al lado. La cama sonaba cada vez que movía

- Camas incómodas, ruido en la noche de las otras habitaciones y del crujir de los pisos de madera
+ El hostal es muy lindo, es como una casa antigua reciclada. La ubicación es fantástica! La ducha muy buena, la cocina cómoda y el espacio común también. Las recepcionistas fueran amables! hay mucha información disponible sobre tours en la zona.
- Para llegar a la habitación había muchas escaleras y en ningún momento de la reserva eso se aclaraba. El lugar al ser antiguo es bastante ruidoso. No había jabón en la habitación

- Ruidoso por el piso de madera
+ Sehr schönes altes Holzhaus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Gut ausgestattete Küche aber auch Möglichkeit das Frühstück dazu zu buchen. Zentrumsnah. Busbahnhof ist auch in der Nähe, ca. 10-12 min zu Fuß. Sehr gute Unterstützung beim Buchen von Touren vor Ort.
- Recht hellhörig.
+ Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les renseignements fournis pour les excursions à faire à Puerto Varas. Nous avons apprécié les espaces (salon, salle à manger) ainsi que la cuisine et l'ambiance qui y régnait lors de la préparation des repas.
+ Alles super und sehr nette Gastgeber. Das private Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte genug Platz. Auch die Wäsche konnten wir direkt im Hostel abgeben und war bereits nach wenigen Stunden fertig.
