- Localização: Não é no centro e fica de esquina numa rua extremamente movimentada e ao lado de uma ferrovia, barulho do trem buzinando, dormir impossível. Valor: reservei no site a 98 reais, porém quando cheguei, fui cobrado 72 soles, o que dava 110 reais, valor superior ao da reserva. Instalações: Péssimas. Banheiro: Papel racionalizado, ralo do chuveiro entupido, sem sabonetes nem toalhas, me ofereceram a mais 20 soles; Tomadas: todas extremamente folgadas, o que não carregou meus telefones, o que me fez perder o passeio a Machu Picchu que havia reservado, pois não despertou pois não carregaram, como falei do barulhos externos me fizeram dormir muito tarde por volta das 4:30, além da frustração do sonho ainda tive prejuízo no valor pago para o passeio. O que espero que o booking possa me ajudar de alguma forma. Checkout: Procurei sair logo de lá e vim para outro hotel, se já não bastasse, o proprietário não quis abrir o portão (foi o que ele abriu quando cheguei) para eu sair, falou que perdeu a chave me fazendo dar uma volta enorme por outra rua super engarrafada, ainda teve a coragem de pedir para avalia-lo como ótimo no booking! Terminou esse relato, muito aborrecido com o que passei e ainda estou tentando digerir o que perdi, a realização de um sonho de meses de planejamento e dias de estradas. Possuo o recibo da estadia, estou pensando em processar pelo que ocorreu!

- Coco, one of the owners was incredibly rude. I arrived to be told that I would have to switch rooms the next day. (Do not book out a room if it is not available). After travelling for 4 mnths, I have never come across worse pillows. Lumps of material. Bed not great either. The noise from the street my first was horrendous. I was awake from 2am. I had to cancel my plans for the next day to try and sleep. Then I was woken up and moved to another room. Never again. And it’s 29 minutes walk to the centre.

+ De termos ido para outro hotel e da boa disposição dos proprietários para nos atender com cortesia.
- Hotel fica numa esquina de duas ruas bastante movimentadas e barulhentas e mais longe do Centro Histórico de Cusco do que pensávamos (1 km de distância), o aspecto do prédio é sombrio, ambiente interno também era sombrio e precisava de uma limpeza melhor. A garagem tinha acesso difícil por uma rua lateral e, para entrar e sair da garagem do hotel, era necessário pedir ao vizinho da frente que retirasse seu veículo da frente do portão. Pagamos cem soles (mais caro do que a tarifa estabelecida no Booking) e perdemos o dinheiro, pois acabamos indo para outro hotel.
It's located on a busy junction. I chose it from the rating but that's surely inaccurate. There are many nice hostels in centro historico for less. You have to pay for hand soap for the toilet, and water costs 9 soles! If you want to go out you have to wait for the owner to release you. I wanted to check out on the next day but the host didn't let me. He agreed I can leave a night early, but it turned out they wanted to charge the full price. There was no vibe and I didn't feel comfortable.
+ The room was okay, and sheets were clean, but there were no headboards, where the pillow sank in between the bed and the wall.
- They don't provide you with the main door key. To get in and out, host (husband and wife) has to literally come out to the door and lock/unlock to get in/out of the building. Basically, you can't get in/out without them. You must drop off your room key before leaving the motel. They rent a bath towel for 9.5 sol PER DAY, which is $2.71/€2.4 per day!!!!! Feels like you are being watched. I don't know why this place has such high rating.

+ This place is run by a couple who are suspicious of themselves. They don't give you a key to get in and out. You have to let them know every time you want to go out and they lock the door. They come into the room every day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all.

+ Quiet rooms, great internet, and really nice hosts. Also water is quite hot just the curtain sometimes folds into you.
- We had to buzz in and out which I felt was a bit of an annoyance because I didn’t want to constantly come in and out then. But great for safety and all of that.

+ Hot shower, WiFi working well, if you go somewhere (Machu Pichu etc.) , you can leave your stuff in storage room for free
+ Despite arriving early in the morning, we were given early check-in. We received a very warm welcome. It's a beautiful traditional building close to the Old Town and familiar with traditional life. The room was quite large and had 24-hour hot water. We were able to leave our bags until the night bus.

+ We had a warm and personal welcome from Coco. The room was clean, spacious and with a warm and good shower. Short walking distance to the city centre and nice local restaurants in the same street. Would recommend to stay here!

+ Owners are really Nice and helpful. Special Thanks to Coco and his wife 🙌🏼 The accomodations are good with hot water and wifi well functionning. I can only recommend this Nice place to enjoy the Charm of beautiful Cuzco. Thank you and buena suerte 🙌🏼

+ 最高の滞在でした。この宿には2回宿泊しましたが、覚えててくれて、最高のおもてなしをしてくれました。最終日の夜は、ホテルに帰ってくるのが遅かったのですが、その際も嫌な顔ひとつせずに笑顔で出迎えてくれました。このホテルは本当におすすめです。
