Vad Hostel Alicante

Weird Staff

Of all the hostels I've stayed in, this is the only one that has asked me for an additional 10 euros if I want to stay in the common areas after check-out. It's also a bit far from the center to walk.

All the other hostels I have stayed at have 24/7 security and open reception, the late check in fee makes no sense as you’re there for less time. It is not social at all, very difficult to meet people to explore Alicante with in the hostel. Was a lot more pricey than I expected - I only booked it due to the highest rated hostel on tik tok but maybe that was in peak season not in March

It was practical enough and not too far from the main centre. Rooms had some kind of air freshener in them coming thru vents and was overpowering.

I stayed at this hostel for two nights. It was not very positive experience. The shared facilities were good except bathroom and toilets and the 16 bed room I stayed at was not so good. The room was two small in my opinion to accommodate all those guests. I just did not feel comfortable. There was almost no natural light inside since the windows with closed curtains overlooked some inner parking lot. There were at least 3 guys snoring during the night and it was difficult to fall asleep.

El lugar estuvo muy bien, el ambiente super bien, pero lo que no me gusto es que me cobraracobraran 10 euros mas por llegar 30 minutos despues de la hora

Sehr tolle Angebote, die man gratis in Anspruch nehmen kann… + gratis Kaffeemaschine! Badezimmer nicht immer super sauber aber in Ordnung. Leider hatte ich sehr unruhige Nächte durch schnarchende Menschen !

The rooms are very small, very packed. The beds are okay, but when the person above you move, or rolls over, you will feel it as well. Very loud, no insulation from all the chatting, walking, laughing etc outside your door. Better bring some earplugs. It’s far away from the city center, but it’s walkable (20-30 min). No breakfast places in the vicinity (bring your own). Not necessarily a good experience, I’ve seen better and the existing rating is overrated.

Fine Hostel, showers weren’t great, weird stains on the wall near my bed. Nothing particularly wrong with the hostel but not the best hostel I’ve been at.

Einfach toll dort. Kann ich nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Ein sehr sauberes und herzliches Hostel mit viele Fragen zum Social Aying und neue Leute kennen zu lernen.

Ich fand das hostel echt super. Hab noch nie eine review geschrieben, aber wie freundlich diese Mitarbeiter sind muss einfach mal erwähnt werden. Man merkt einfach wie sehr der Boss sein Hostel liebt, er hat selber für uns alle gekocht. Die anderen Mitarbeiter waren auch alle wirklich super super lieb und ich habe mich deswegen dort total wohl gefühlt. Wenn ich nochmal nach alicante komme bleibe ich safe wider dort!

I had a great stay at VAD Hostel Alicante. It’s very sociable and makes it easy to meet people. The free pizza and cocktail nights are a lot of fun, and the free bar crawl is a great bonus. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. The only downside is that most places are a bit of a walk, but it never really caused any issues.

The best hostel to stay at in Alicante. Staff is great, especially Kepin. Rooms are clean and each bed has curtains. A 10-15 min walk to the beach and city centre. If you want to socialize definitely stay at this hostel

Had a fantastic time at this hostel. The workers are kind, hard working, and make sure everyone has an opportunity to meet new people. Highly recommend. Bathrooms and rooms are clean, easy walking into the downtown, and great recommendations for food and sight seeing.

Me encantó el lugar, es muy limpio, cómodo y además el personal es muy amable. Volvería sin dudas cada vez que viaje a Alicante.
