Staff could be more welcoming and friendly! I don't recommend staying here if you have respect for yourself and want to have a good time among mentally well people.

Nuestra experiencia en el Hostal Greg&Tom Beer House fue ESPANTOSA, TERRIBLE. CERO recomendamos hospedarse ahí, por estas razones: - Los baños estaban ASQUEROSOS. - La puerta del cuarto básicamente no cerraba, se podía abrir por fuera tuviera o no puesto el “seguro” esto lo reportamos a la chica de la recepción y su respuesta fue fatal. Primero me dijo: a ver, enséñame, compruébalo. Y cuando le enseñé me dijo: “pues nadie va a entrar a tu cuarto” se dio la media vuelta y se fue...

I was happy with the hostel and especially the dinner, until leaving the hostel and recieving a message in my email saying that i have been charged 50€ for staining the mattress?! Tried to resolve this without success as i absolutely did not stain anything on my bed, and even realised that my sheets hadnt been changed/someone else had been in my bed. Would recommend to take pictures on the mattress and the pillow if you decide to gamble and go here.

I literally caught a rash from how unclean the beds were. I was meant to stay three nights. I had to leave after one night. The rooms are 40 degrees with fans that have dust all over them. Someone burst into our *locked* room door the first night, shaking that the locks don’t do anything. Don’t walk, RUN from this place.

Non una buona esperienza. Sono stata in molti ostelli e ho viaggiato abbastanza, difficilmente mi sono trovata in situazione così. Ho fatto check in la sera, in reception la ragazza sembrava impreparata e parlava male inglese . La stanza pessima: le tende cadute, la zanzariera bucata, odore persistente, i letti mezzi distrutti e sfondati e materassi e cuscini inesistenti. Polvere ovunque tant'è che la notte non ho dormito per l'allergia. Almeno le lenzuola sono sigillate... Ma il resto terribi...

There was no hour of unlimited beer and no compensation for it, also the room curtain did not block out the window, furthermore dinner is served way too late even though the food is good it was overall a below average hostel experience.

Do not stay here! Staff are condescending and have poor attitude, hiding under policy when it comes time to actually help guests and problem solve! 🙄 Terrible hostel and big note of staff and their poor attitude throughout the stay! Avoid the supposed nice appeal of this stay! It's all fake and staff won't help you with anything!!

My room was cancelled on the day of my arrival because I am too old for the hostel. I was still charged and had to find somewhere new for the night.

This is by far the best hostel I have stayed at as a solo female traveler. Incredible vibes, super clean, and an easy way to meet friends. I splurged on a 4 person room and still feel like I got great value including dinner and breakfast. I did have a friend have a roommate that caused problems in the middle of the night and the staff immediately dealt with it, had him kicked out, and had her a new bed. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Une superbe auberge très sociale ! Beaucoup d'espaces communs dans lesquels on a tous interagi les uns avec les autres (tout âge). De plus, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner gratuits aident pour ça (et ils sont très bons !). Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine (on a même des nouilles instantanées, café, cacao, miel, thé, cornflakes cacao et classiques, avoine, lait, laits végétaux...). Les lits sont ok même si des rideaux seraient un plus. Je recommande vivement

Had in many ways a lovely stay here. Other travellers were great showers and toilets were modern and clean. The staff were almost all great except man with a shaved head and durag he was quite rude and unhelpful. He put rave music on super loud at dinner every night so was hard to have conversations. There was also a push every night for bar crawl sign up. It'sonly fun if you want to get blackout drunk they serve tons of alcohol at other hostel bar and then you do karaoke in that ones basement.

Отличное место. Расположение великолепное прямо возле флорианских ворот. Удобно выдвигаться как на экскурсии, так и в ночную жизнь. Кормят так, что вы уедете отсюда поправившись на 5 кг.

Amazing hostel, at first I regretted getting it due to the description of how much a party hostel it is. But it was completely fine. I’m not a party person and was worried it would be way too loud and with too much chaos but the 2 nights I was there it was completely fine. They blast music at dinner and there’ll be some noise but it’s not that bad. The showers and bathrooms were great, the beds were comfortable, the food was good. only downside is there’s no locks for your luggage

Amazing hostel, right on the main street of Krakow, the beds were comfortable, there was a good amount of showers and bathrooms which were always clean, and the breakfast/dinner was always amazing, honestly being on a budget those helped me save so much, staff was also a good laugh, honestly made life lasting friends, thank you Yulia, Karolina, and Natalie!!!!

Excelente, puedo decir que está dentro de los mejores hostales en los que me he alojado a lo largo de todos mis viajes. El ambiente, comida, atención de su personal y ubicación, definitivamente excelente! Aunque es un hostal de personas jóvenes y ambiente de fiesta, hay muchas reglas que permiten que todo sea muy ordenado y se respete cada proceso dentro del hostal. En resumen, volvería a alojarme acá todas las veces que pueda.

I had a great time staying at Greg and Tom, very easy to make friends if you go to the included dinners. Food and free beer on tap is great! Such a fun and welcoming going out atmosphere. Some rooms are cleaner than others, and there are sheets that don’t fit the beds but just ask the staff and they are happy to help. Sink areas in the bathrooms are tiny, a few more hooks and shelves would fix this. Other than that, amazing stay, the people I met from here really made my trip to krakow awesome...

Mon séjour a été plus que parfait. Les lits sont confortables, des casiers sont présents dans les chambres ainsi que des coffres forts (n’oubliez pas votre cadenas). Le personnel ainsi que les femmes de ménage sont adorables, je me suis sentie rapidement comme chez moi. Ravie également d’avoir pu profiter du petit-déjeuner et d’avoir pu goûter quelques spécialités locales lors des dîners. Je recommande sans hésiter !! L’emplacement est également idéal

Great location close to many places to eat and the main square. Planty Park is close, too, for a good stroll. There is some light pressure from the staff to join the pub crawl. I am not a partier. Free breakfast and free dinner is an excellent perk of the place. The location can be loud at night so be sure to close the window. My room was also by the kitchen which can be loud even after quiet hours start at 11 PM. They aren’t really enforced.

Had an amazing stay, everything was perfect, the staff was really nice. The dinner was amazing and it was such a good spot to meet people, I met amazing people 100% recommended
