Terra Bella Pansion

I would definitely recommend staying here as a backpacker! Good price, great location, perfect for meeting people, BUT... I wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately it was booked out, which is why I took another hostel. In my night @ this hostel I meet some great people, which I spent time with (even after my Hostel switch). When I came back to the Hostel as their guest just to sit on the terrace and talk I was told to leave. Never had that at any other Hostel before... (it was afternoon)

BED BUGS / PUNAISES DE LIT. Toute l’expérience a été scandaleuse. Punaises de lit dans notre chambre (nous avons des photos pour le prouver). Nous avons jeté tous nos vêtements (sauf ceux qu’on porte pour retourner à l’aéroport) car nous avons peur de ramener des punaises chez nous. L'hôte a été irrespectueux et a manqué de considération. Il nous a juste changé de chambre à minuit en nous faisant passer d’une chambre privative qu’on a payée à un dortoir.

No accommodation on the check in time to the minute close, kitchen badly equipped. Room not corresponding to the description on site, located in a basement floor, lacking ventilation, and with a rusty wall. Very bad hygiene in the room and in the bathroom.

not clean, kitchen smells bad. Bathrooms are old and dirty.

the terrace and location are good but the guy at reception is INCREDIBLY RUDE and that soured my entire experience. my boyfriend called and they shut him down very rudely. they could’ve just said no without being rude. i watched the same thing happen to another guest who asked for a favor and the guy at the front desk not only turned him down, but kept publicly humiliating him. the bathroom has no light during the day and the 8 person room is in the dinghy basement and very claustrophobic.

The room was dirty, either bed and bathroom specially. There wasn't a box shower but just the tube and any time you had to take a shower you flood everything. Thus, the toilet was covered full of dust (nobody has cleaned there for one week at least). I found hairs inside my bed and there wasn't any heating system inside the room so you we're almost freezing during night due to umidity. Price to high for these services absense.

非常糟糕的一次住宿体验，环境脏乱差，卫生环境糟糕，老板冷漠无情，没有任何服务意识，只知道收钱，没有任何热情，是我在土耳其遇见最差劲的人！大家谨慎选择这家旅店，8床是睡地下室，霉味很大，湿气太，人都会住生病，大家谨慎选择这家店！

The place has good views good location, however i got bite the whole night by bug bed, unfortunately this is an common issue for hostel where there is a high rotativity. The owner or manager is not patient. i believe that when you have a hostel and deal with people from different nationalities and culture you need to understand that everyone comes with the same question.. I saw the manger making joking with other guest that arrives and ask question to him. So, this is not polite, you feel bad.

Only the very basic commodities and nothing more. Everything is kind of humid and old. It is not a very bad hostel but it is not a good one. It is ok. Only the terrace is great though. Never book the 8 bed dorm, it is in the basement, very humid and with just tiny windows.

Emplacement idéal au coeur de Göreme, parfait point de départ pour randonner. La terrasse offre aussi un magnifique point de vue. Ahmet et les autres membres de l'équipe sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. J'ai fait de belles rencontres d'autres voyageurs. Les lits sont très confortables et les locaux propres. Quelques éléments auraient peut-être besoin d'un petit coup de réparation, mais c'est anectodique.

I would 100% recommend this place. Location staff facilities was great. I joined the Green Tour they recommended and it was excellent.

Great location. The staff were very helpful and kept the place so clean. The wifi worked well and the view from the rooftop at sunrise is amazing.

One of the best places in Turkey. I felt at home! Goksal is an amazing person and it was a pleasure to stay there. The place is in a convenient location and is kept spotless.

My stay at Terra Bella was awesome! I arrived before check-in time and waited at the comfy room they have by the reception, drinking coffee and tea. Staff were always really nice and helpful. The room was so warm and cozy, they have a kitchen where I was able to cook all my meals and the view to watch the balloons from the terrace was amazing!! Really recommend it.

Good value! Met a bunch of great people here, even in the off season. I think the interesting dorm layout (no bunks, no curtains) facilitated this to be honest. There is no hiding hahaha. Oven wasn’t working but kitchen was good, if a little grotty. Awesome terrace and perfect location.

Très bon logement ! La terrasse est super. Puis j’a eu un problème de transport, la personne a l’accueil m’a aidé à le régler, je recommande :)

Auberge de jeunesse vraiment super, très bien situé, avec toutes les accommodations pour passer un bon moment. Un petit plus pour la terrasse ! Ismaël et son collègue ont été fort accueillant, de très bons conseils, avec qui les échanges ont été très cool! Super séjour en Cappadoce ! Une très belle région pour les amoureux de randonnées et d’aventure, osez vous perdre entre les vallées !

Amazing hostel in the heart of Goreme. Location is everything and this hostel is in the centre of the centre. Sensational view of the balloons from the rooftop. Ahmet, the owner is, good value and a lot of fun. This hostel has everything you need and at a price where you don't have to sell your kidney for.

Very chill place to save money as backpacker, not necessarily a social hostel but good location and price.

Loved this place! Ahmet is so helpful and kind, the hostel is clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, great hot water, and kitchen is a great bonus. Perfect location, has a lovely terrace with good views, fair tour prices. 100% recommend!

It has an amazing location, about a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the center of Göreme. It has a beautiful and privileged terrace view to watch the balloons in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned everyday. The shower has hot water is also kept cleaned. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, and stove. They have self service laundry for 250lyra wich is really good. Also they offer discounted tourist activities, like45€ hot air balloon. amazing staff �...
