Hostal Jacob

While the hostel is close from the terminal of buses and the port, it’s a bit far from the city center. Quite good in general but we expected a breakfast as it was mentioned in the description.

When we arrived at check-in there was no one there to open the doors for us. But when we finally got in the host was very friendly and everything was clean. The room and toilet was nice as well. We got disappointed that there was no stove or oven we could use so we could not cook anything

good to stay for one night and rest up, there was a tv in the room and a lovely shower! wasn’t a social hostel, but think that wasn’t the point of it. was clean and a very comfortable bed

very clean (facilities are cleaned frequently), comfy beds and common area, unfortunately only a camping stove but no proper kitchen. but definitely sufficient for a stay in Puerto Montt

Très Propre. Propriétaire très sympa. Pas une auberge de jeunesse, plutôt hôtel. Pas de pdj mais accès cuisine que pour le pdj pas possibilité de faire repas.

We stayed here twice and found the hostel to be very clean and welcoming. The staff member was friendly and kept everything spotless. It’s a bit far out of the centre so we needed to get Ubers most of the time. The area itself around the hostel is just residential but it’s not somewhere I’d necessarily wander around at night by myself - this isn’t to say it was unsafe but it’s just a bit dark and out of the way. Quiet hostel (more like a b&b/hotel) but good for a night or two.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, kitchen available. The host is super friendly. 10minute walk from the bus station, 5 mins to a local shop.

Very clean, lovely rooms and very friendly staff. Located near the port, which suited us. Great value for the money!

Very friendly owner, very clean and well maintained! Kitchen does not have a stove but besides that everything is great, highly recommended!

Quiero felicitar a Mercedes Fuentes por su buena disposición de recibir nuestros bolsos antes del check-in y de hacernos sentir cómodas, contabamos en el hostal con todas las necesidades básicas (confort, shampoo, toalla, cocina y en ella todo lo que podíamos ocupar), muchas gracias ❤️

Lovely little hostel not too far from town and the bus station. Room had a great view and the staff were more than accommodating with our poor Spanish. Would recommend.
