Chill & Go Hostel

This is a really nice hostel. I planned to stay 2 nights, but then I extended. There are a lot of chill areas, a nice kind of inside garden, and the location is super good; just a view minutes walking from the old town, and everything is closeby. The people working there are very friendly and gave me many tips about what to do and where to go.

I really really enjoyed my stay here! Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a chill hostel with a homey atmosphere! Also, it’s very clean, there’s a nice kitchen and the staff are super friendly:)

The staff of the hostel is very kind and helpful. Also the hostel itself is a nice place with lots of chill social areas.I had a good stay and I can totally recommend staying there

Did not spend much time here, it felt dirty, shower was not ideal having to use a garden hose. A/C in our room was a nice treat, and common chilling space has potential.

When we got here there was no one at the reception so we couldn't enter. When we got inside the beds weren't made, we had to wait a long time. The sheets and laundry we gave them smelled really bad. The shower doesn't always work, so they give you a hose... They also gave us the wrong directions on how to get to Suchitoto with the local buses. Overall, the place was pretty dirty. I don't blame the staff, who were very sweet and helpful, just the organization and cleanliness of this hostel.

Boendet ligger väldigt centralt och har bra med information om du vill gå på walking tour, göra andra turer eller vilken linje du behöver ta med chicken buss! Rummen var bra, sängarna var däremot väldigt mjuka. Det är ett mindre hostel men väldigt mysigt och fräscht kök! Det enda negativa var att de inte svarade på WhatsApp när man skrev till de.

had a private room, which shares the bathroom, but the room has a door to the bathroom so you can hear everything going on in there. also the windows face a communal area so privacy is not reaaalllyy given

The location is great and cannot be beat. The guy who owns the hostel was really friendly and full of recommendations. One note, we booked a private room with Ensuite but the room description wording was a little misleading. It says it is shared with another private bedroom, but it's not, it connects to the living room which allows every hostal guest to use it. It also felt it was not cleaned for our 4 day stay.

Good: The clue is in the name - one of the chillest places I’ve stayed. Really calm environment. Washing service was great and a good price. The staff - Marlon is wonderful and we went to a local football game with him. We felt so welcome in Santa Ana. Thanks Marlon! Not so good: The bunk bed in the 4 person dorm could use a bit of TLC - the slats are broken and the whole bed shakes when the other person moves a small bit. Door doesn’t shut. Big curtains, bed lamp and lockers would help.

Super chill, super safe. The owner is a so kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean.

Really liked the atmosphere, great location

really good value hostel! danilo was super helpful and nice, we did a papusa making class at his mums house which i would highly recommend! dorms were decent, location was really good near loads of bars/restaurants and the market. not hugely social but we met some people so was still a nice time. loads of posters for events in the reception and a helpful chalkboard with bus information. we were running late for our check in and danilo emailed me to check everything was okay. would stay again!

Lovely stay here. Right in the centre of town and near big markets, but nice and quiet at night. Danilo is a lovely guy and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and provided lots of help if we needed it! He offered laundry service also which was great. Great place to stay in Santa Ana!

It’s a nice small hostel. Easy walking distance of everything you need. Nice atmosphere. Helpful staff.
