+ La chambre est grande, lumineuse, bien agencée et meublée avec goût. Le personnel est très accueillant. Tout est très propre, literie ok, clim fonctionnelle, le petit équipement en chambre est présent (bouilloire, thé/café, sèche cheveux, etc)

- La chambre 503 sentait très fort le moisi. Le vasistas de la salle de bain ne ferme pas et les moustiques peuvent donc entrer. L'insonorisation entre les chambres n'est pas terrible. Mais cet hôtel reste d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

- Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass wir das Frühstück vorbestellen sollten und hatten dann einen riesen Stress am nächsten Morgen, da der Transfer zu einer Zeit da sein würde und sie zuerst noch kochen mussten (was ebenfalls seine Zeit brauchte). Wir mussten dann sehr, sehr schnell essen und das Personal wirkte sehr gereizt, da sie uns in einem gewissen Ton sagten, dass wir es halt früher sagen hätten sollen (was wir nicht wussten).

+ Many great things about my stay! 1. The staff members were amazing. They are very kind and attentive, and they remind you of their amenities so you can take full advantage. 2. They have a shower you can use even after checking out. I was able to freshen up before going to the airport. 3. Their airport shuttle service was way more convenient than taking a taxi or using Grab Taxi. I recommend using this service. (They were a little late to pick me up, though.) 4. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the beach in one direction and central areas in the other.

- Unfortunately, I had a few strongly negative experiences with my stay. 1. There were two days that did not have warm water. The staff told me I had to keep the water running for at least five minutes for warm water to come out of the shower. I'm not sure if that was true because I took cold showers that lasted more than five minutes. I only had this problem on my third and fourth days in the room. 2. There were a few days with construction in the lobby. Construction is fine, but the construction workers were smoking cigarettes inside, and it was very uncomfortable having to go through them. Can't they smoke outside? 3. This wasn't a fault of the hotel, but someone in the building next door had a new puppy outside in a tiny cage. The puppy cried loudly for attention from sunrise, and it was impossible to sleep through it. I noticed the window in my room was not sealed (wind and sound was getting through). I asked the staff to talk to the puppy's owner. The staff said they talked with the owner but they couldn't do anything about it. I was so stressed about not being able to sleep, so I went to the puppy's owner myself and used body language to ask them to do something about the noise. Unfortunately, this helped only for one day, and I had to deal with it for the following days. It was terrible, and I wished the staff made a stronger effort to resolve this issue. Despite these negatives, I still recommend this accommodation. But in hindsight, if I knew I would have these issues, I would've selected a different place. Maybe it was bad timing; if there was no construction and the neighbor didn't get a dog, my stay would have been perfect.

+ Very clean. Spacious room. Location was great. Very close to all attractions. Alot of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. Enjoy my stay there with a very good price.

- The bathroom pipe/drain had some kind of smells which did bothered me. I have changed to another room the next day.

+ The staff were excellent, very helpful and nothing to much trouble. Location was brillint, close to town, market, beach and restaurants. Very good value, would stay again.

+ It's our second time in this Hotel and everything is just perfect. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the bed comfortable, the room big, clean and full of light, the location is great. I totally recommend it!

+ Everything was perfect. The staff were very understanding, helpful, and kind. They did everything possible to give us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The location is amazing and very convenient. One of the mornings we had breakfast in the hotel for 70k and it was super delicious. The room is spacious, with fast internet and a well-working air conditioner. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

- The only problem was that the shower didn’t always have hot water.

+ Super schönes Hotel, tolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber und alle waren sehr freundlich! Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Ich würde hier immer wieder buchen und kann es sehr empfehlen.

- Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und unseres war neben einer Karaoke-Bar, so dass es auch abends noch relativ laut war.

+ The staff were exceptional, especially Daisy who booked our next 2 bus trips. She also recommended some nearby restaurants. The bed was the most comfortable we slept on in Vietnam.

+ Great stay! Very clean, perfect location — 2 minutes from the Night Market and Tram Huong Tower, and 3 minutes from the beach. Excellent communication. Daisy was very kind and helpful, offering us many useful tips. Highly recommended!

+ 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 직원분들의 친절함과 위치! 직원분들 정말 모두 다 친절하세요! 영어로 소통 편하게 할 수 있었고, 항상 웃으시며 먼저 필요한 거 물어봐주시는 덕분에 너무 편안하게 잘 있었어요. 직원분들 때문이라도 다시 오고 싶은 곳입니다! 위치도 시내 중심이라 걸어서 맛집들 다 이동했어요. 전반적으로 방도 깨끗했고 시설 관리도 잘 되고 있는 것 같아요!

- 뜨거운 물은 잘 나오는데, 수압이 약한 편이라 씻을 때 약간 답답했습니다. (개인적으로 큰 단점은 아니었습니다) 방음이 잘 되지 않는 편이라 같은 층에 머무는 사람들에 따라 잠을 잘못 잘 수도 있어요. ㅠㅠ 3박했는데 2일은 시끄러운 이웃 만나서 잠을 설쳤어요..

+ 위치랑 가격 모두 좋고 직원분도 친절했어요. 다만 방음은 잘 안 됩니다. 그외 나머진 다 좋았어요.
