- Propreté laisse à désirer la chambre infestée de cafards et les lits de punaises, l’hôtel ne propose aucun geste commercial et dit se s’orienter vers booking. Honteux. Nous avons été obligées de quitter la chambre et de sortir nos affaires, une partie de la nuit s’est faite sur les canapés de la réception.

- Hôtel à fuir ! Cet hôtel est un scandal ! en vérifiant mon matelas durant le check in j'ai remarqué qu'il était couvert d'excréments de punaises de lit et sale (voir photos ci dessous). Le personnel de l'hôtel a d'abord fait semble de ne rien savoir quand je suis venu les prévenir bien qu'au moment où j'ai confirmé que j'avais bien soulevé le matelas on est vite venu me parler à l'écart pour me dire que des vérifications allaient être faites. Lorsque que j'ai annoncé que je souhaitais un remboursement et non un changement de chambre car d'autres chambres sont sans doute infectées on m'a indiqué qu'ils étaient effectivement au courant du problème de punaises de lit et qu'un traitement avait été tenté mais sans grand succès et c'est tout. L'hôtel continue donc de louer sciemment des chambres infestées de punaises de lit et ne semble pas vouloir régler le problème m ! Je le répète : Hôtel à fuir !

- Not convinced for car parking
Blasting music daily from afternoon to late at night; don’t adhere to their own noise rules. And by blast I mean deafening with the bass turned all the way up reverberating through your bed. Bed curtains only cover 1/3 of bed- weird! Don’t advertise where hostel activities happen so easy to miss.
Precios occidentales a servicios cambogianos. A este ritmo se le va a acabar el turismo en 2 años. Le va a pasar llgual que a Thailandia. No me hace falta volar 18 horas para pagar lo mismo que en España.
This hostel was not worth the cost. We stayed in a dorm with one of the bunk bed mattresses just lying on the floor. This normally wouldn’t be a huge deal but there were lots of bugs constantly crawling around. The beds did not have full curtains so there was no privacy. Wouldn’t stay here again but the pools were nice.

Amazing staff, great location, 3 pools, a bar, a restaurant, a coffee shop, comfy dorms, activities every day, tours, etc. Everything last detail has been taken into account : from towel hangers and blow dryers in the bathroom to incense in the corridor. The only drawback is that dorm doors cannot be shut silently and make quite a lot of noise.
This hostel is amazing, more of a hotel feel but with a large social space, pool and bar. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The vibe was more chill and it wasn’t as social as we hoped. Regardless, we stayed here twice on our way back through Siem Reap due to how nice the rooms are.

Loved everything about Onederz. the rooms were very well maintained and the common area had all the amenities. loved their wide spread of food & beverages and lots of vegan options as well.
I liked this hostel but didn’t love it. Booked for the purpose of meeting people but found it almost overwhelmingly large that it was impossible to actually connect and interact with anyone unless you did the scheduled activities, which sadly weren’t really my thing. If you’re down for pub crawls and bracelet making then you might have better luck than me. The beds were very comfy though and the AC ran all day. Location was perfect, and nice pools. I really enjoy live in this hostel.
Staff are amazing and the facilities are so nice. I felt like I was staying in a resort. The bed was comfy and had a large locker in the room. Great food options close by as well.
Like everyone has already said, this hostel is like a resort! The food, bars, reception, rooms, bathrooms, services and pools are absolutely amazing, also the staff is lovely. The only super small downside would be the atmosphere in the hostel: its very spacious and there’s many groups, so I wouldnt call it the most social hostel. There are evening activities, but after 22:00 is quiet, which is def nice if you prefer chilling for the night, but good to know that its not the most party hostel!
amazing hostel especially for this price point. all of the staff were also very lovely. i unfortunately got a food poisoning while in siem reap so i was throwing up in the bathroom and a staff came to check up on me and even gave me a glass of cold water. later that evening i also went to ask the restaurant if there was any way i could just buy some bananas and they gave them to me for free
Great place, everyone is very friendly and all the staff is ready to help! The facilities as always clean and you see that they are in constant upkeep Definitely recommend!

I miss this place! feels more like a hotel than a hostel, great facilities, kept clean and the staff were fantastic. the food is also amazing! stayed in this chain all over Cambodia and they were great
It must be one the best hostel I’ve stayed at in terms of the facilities and hospitality they provide for the money you pay; has three pools, 24*7 reception, great restaurant and bar with happy hours, they provide variety of tours and free yoga and bracelet making sessions; the staff of this hostel is very positive and sweet, they will kinda agree to all of your requests; if one has a group already, this hostel is the best to stay, you wouldn’t even feel going out haha!
What an incredible hostel. It feels like a hotel! Staff are absolutely brilliant. Rooms are great and good AC. Bathrooms and showers are great and beds are very comfortable. A few minutes walk to Pub Street aswell!

The hostel itself is great. Huge restaurant area and a few different pools. It was all very clean. I just had a few issues while I was there. They messed up my booking so day 2 someone who didn’t speak English told me to pack up my bags and move to a new dorm. They then tried to say it was my fault for switching bunks with a friend (I was solo!). Rest of the stay was great and I think that episode was just unlucky so I won’t hold it against them! Limpo, bom ambiente, muitas atividades, staff super simpático e prestável, piscinas, o barulho das atividades não chegava até ao quarto e dava para dormir perfeitamente. Foi uma experiência perfeita.
Amazing facilities, 4 pools, food so good you don’t need to leave if you want to eat and omg the staff are amazing. Nha, Dara and Pea, especially made all of the activities (Bar Crawl, Bracelet Making, Food Tour, Bike Ride) so fun and were so welcoming they made my Onederz Stay absolutely amazing. Location is central to Siem Reap and the vibe is on another level to other hostels in Siem Reap. Would only stay here if I came back.
Cannot fault this hostel, it’s absolutely fab!
