Je ne comprends pas comment cet endroit a 5 étoiles ! À part le petit déjeuner qui sert du pain qui casse les dents ! Il y avait une odeur atrocement insupportable dans la chambre ! En ouvrant la fenêtre, il y avait une personne qui est venue me dire de la fermer pour éviter les moustiques ! heureusement que ce n'était qu'une nuit! Ne parlant pas de l'endroit qui était super compliqué à trouver étant donné qu'ils ne communiquent pas le code des portes pour y accéder à l'arrivée ! 1...
I don't understand how this place has 5 stars! except for the breakfast which serves toast that breaks teeth! there was an excruciatingly unbearable smell in the room! when opening the window, there was a person who came to tell me to close it to avoid mosquitoes ! luckily it was only one night! not to mention the place which was super complicated to find since they don't communicate the door code to access it at the finish ! 1night goodnight
ATTENTION PUNAISES DE LIT! J’ai du dormir sur le canapé de la zone commune la première nuit car je me suis réveillée au milieu de la nuit avec plus d’une vingtaine de piqûres. Le personnel a ensuite pris la situation en main, tout en étant désagréables avec moi et en me disant de ne le dire à personne. I had to sleep on the couch in the common area the first night because I woke up in the middle of the night with over twenty bites. the staff then took over the situation, while being unpleasant with me and telling me not to tell anyone. I left as soon as I could, and I demanded a refund, which was partially granted. much too high a price for an inn that should be low-cost given what is being offered.
Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hostel mais sommes parties après la première à cause de punaises de lit!! Le personnel était assez gentil que pour nous aider, mais ils n’ont pas eu l’air de vouloir faire grand chose concernant les punaises en elles même…
We had booked 2 nights in this hostel but left after the premiere because of bed bugs!! the staff were kind enough to help us but they didn't seem to want to do much about the bugs themselves...
Muy cerca del puerto, buena situación. Por todo lo demás muy descontenta. Reservé una cama en habitación compartida, la típica litera en la que puedes tener un poco de intimidad.Pues me metieron en una habitación que no era para compartir, con otras dos personas desconocidas en la que las camas estaban pegadas,si estiraba el brazo daba al de al lado. “Te vamos a dar una mejor habitación”dijeron… mentira! Very close to the port, good location. Otherwise very unhappy. I booked a bed in a shared room, the typical bunk where you can have some privacy. Then they put me in a room that wasn't meant to be shared, with two other strangers in which the beds were glued together, if I stretched out my arm I would give the next one. We'll give you a better room they said... lie! Plus if you get to the hostel before 7.30pm you have to pay for the lift and it's a seventh!
En casi todo tuvimos restricción! La anfitriona dijo que no podíamos prender la luz del celular en la noche incluso si la habitación estaba completamente oscura, no podíamos usar la sala después de las 11 pm, mi amiga tuvo el contacto de energía eléctrica cerca de su cama y estaba descompuesto! Se lo comento y únicamente dijo “ah” no hizo nada! Por lo que no regresaremos jamás y para amigos mexicanos que tienen ganas de visitar Napoles les diremos que busquen otra opción
The hostess said we couldn't turn on the cell phone light at night even if the room was completely dark, we couldn't use the room after 11pm, my friend had the electrical power socket near her bed and it was decomposed!
Only 1 bathroom too share for too many people and some of the staff are rude

Muy sucio…. De terror mal olor en las habitaciones, y en los baños muy muy sucios todo muy sucio se notaba en el olor y a la vista En muy mal estado, no volveria jamas ni lo recomiendo tampoco
Very dirty... from terror bad smell in the bedrooms, and in the bathrooms very very dirty everything very dirty you could tell in the smell and on the view In very bad condition, I would never return nor would I recommend it either
Terrible experience. AC stopped working, also wifi was not working. Its 7 storeys up and you have to put 10 cents in the elevator to get it working.

Such nice staff, I didn’t like the area but it is accessible to everything. Clean and really good value, nice breakfast included and felt safe.
Nice hostel with nice rooms and great staff. Good location close to the train station and three stops away from the Central Station. They also have complimentary breakfast, the quality is not the best but it works. Gave one star less because the toilets and bathroom were upstairs.
Staff were soooo nice. I really liked the staff, they made my trip to Naples very fun! The hostel is super cool and has a lot of character. The breakfast in the morning is actually good, and the hostel was pretty clean. It’s in a good location too!

Really lovely hostel, fun and social but still chill atmosphere. Staff are really nice and the rooms and common areas were super clean! I felt safe as a solo female backpacker for sure! Also the free group breakfast is such a plus!!!!!! Would definitely come back!
I loved this hostel!! Staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. The breakfast is actually good. Location is good, right by the ocean. Just really really liked the staff, they make it feel like family!
I stayed in April 2026. All staff members were kind and helpful. The place is ideally located and particularly clean. I would recommend to stay there without any doubt.
One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay — even if it’s just for one night. It has all the amenities you could need, including a fantastic common room, breakfast, and consistently clean, tidy facilities. The staff — Nuncia, Gabriella, and Syed — are truly exceptional. They are friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful. I was travelling solo and had an early morning flight, and they went above and beyond ...
Very nice hostel, good location. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable and the hostel is very clean. Free decent breakfast. Nice common areas, easy to meet people. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend if you travel solo, want to meet new people but are too old for party hostels !
Staff were very nice and free breakfast was a great perk. It was slightly difficult to find, and the room was very warm. However, all facilities worked well and was otherwise a good stay.
