+ A cama era confortável e a localização exclente!

- O quarto nao tinha ventilador e o ar condicionado so liga a noite e o dono fica com o controle e coloca no 25c fica super quente! Impossível dormir, depois de 2 dias dizendo que nao conseguia dormir entao deixou no 23. A noite desligam a geladeira e minha comida do freezer descongelou e estragou! Muito sujo!!!!

- O hostel não existia no endereço informado

+ Tienes que comprar tus propios alimentos para hacer lo que quieras, solo recuerda guardar tus cosas bajo llave porque hay algunos tipos que se quedan allí y te robarán.

- Asegúrate de tener tus propias toallas, si no, te cobrarán $1.50 porque no hay suficiente espacio para pasar el rato y el aire acondicionado no funciona.

- Hacia mucho calor, no encendian el aire acondicionado durante horas, hay una persona que controla el uso del control del aire, los baños sucios y antiguos

- Não nos receberam, chegamos lá estava fechado e não pudemos entrar

- Todo mal. No me esperaron cuando llegue, nadie me abrió. Luego de 1 hora, un huésped me ayudo a entrar. use la cama que pude, nadie me recibió y no me dijeron cual. Técnicamente reserve 2 noches, pero después viaje a la playa y al regresar al siguiente día a buscar mis cosas (mochila) no pude entrar a la habitación a sacarla y me quede sentada en un sillón y me cobraron una noche mas por eso. Tenían la maquina de un restaurante del primer piso (Milonga) y con esa me cobraron ADICIONAL. Pésimo! No los recomiendo!!!

+ Me robaron el celular entre las mismas personas del personal ellos tienen cámaras y no quisieron revisarlas no se hospeden aquí porque este lugar es famoso porque robaron es muy inseguro y no se hacen responsables por eso ellos siempre están vacíos porque todos conocen los robos que hacen. CUIDADO

+ Only good thing was the Location

- My personal belongings on my bunk bed were moved by hostel staff without my permission, and my soap bottle went missing. I was also moved to another room without being informed. I confronted the owner and told them this was not acceptable and that they cannot touch guests’ personal belongings. The owner claimed they had tried to contact me, but this was not true; I did not receive any calls, emails, or messages. The owner refused to take responsibility for staff handling my personal belongings. After I became very upset, the owner offered to reimburse me for my last night, which I accepted. I then left and stayed at another hostel, as I did not feel comfortable remaining there due to the owner’s disrespectful behavior and lack of trust. The place is very old and lot of things needed repair, the bed was uncomfortable, the 8-bed dormitory had a strong musty odor, the shower had no hot water, and despite the hot weather, the air conditioner was turned off during the daytime, making the room uncomfortably hot.

+ La ubicación es buena y segura

- La limpieza del lugar es nefasta. Los lavabos tenían moho, la papelera estaba oxidada y el baño en general estaba muy sucio. Luego no era un hostel de viajeros, las personas con las que me hospedaba se ve que vivían allí habitualmente, por ello el ambiente no era nada social. Y por último el hostel no tiene ni wifi. De los peores hostels en los que me he hospedado nunca.

+ Gute Lage, in der Nähe der Metro. In der Küche kann man prima in Kontakt mit anderen Reisenden kommen. Sehr offene herzliche Atmosphäre.

- Küche und auch mein Dorm hatten einen hohen Geräuschpegel durch umliegende Restaurants und Klimaanlagen benachbarter Gebäude.

+ Mi estancia en este hostal fue bastante buena. Está muy bien ubicado en una zona linda y segura de Panamá. Puede ser un poco difícil de encontrar al inicio, ya que la dirección te lleva a un restaurante y la entrada al hostal es una pequeña puerta dentro de este. Aunque lo explican en las instrucciones, puede confundir un poco, pero una vez que lo ubicas, todo es sencillo. Al llegar, puede que no haya nadie en recepción, pero solo entras al restaurante y preguntas, y enseguida te atienden. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Incluso me permitieron hacer check-in un poco antes. Las amenidades son tal cual lo que se muestra en Booking: camas cómodas, sábanas limpias y buen ambiente. El aire acondicionado lo encienden por la tarde, pero enfría rápido y es suficiente. Durante el día puede hacer calor, pero no es problema si no estás en la habitación. Es un lugar tranquilo, cómodo y bien atendido. Ideal incluso para estancias cortas. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

+ The location was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They assisted me with both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and easy. I really appreciated their support and friendliness during my stay.

- The distance between the lower and upper beds was very tight; even a small person like me couldn’t sit properly on the bed.

+ The hostel was in a great location, everything was clean. The host was very nice, welcomed us and we could extended our stay easily. The ac was great as it gets quite hot. The street is quiet and easily accessible.

+ The staff room And area all great would recommend hostels

- That I never found this first for my stay in Panama 😁

+ Close to the waterfront, restaurants, supermarket and the owner is very helpful if you have any questions.

- On the bunk beds, the bottom one you are not able to sit down as it's very narrow. Shower is colder, but maybe for some people it doesn't matter. Wifi was not working in the room where I've stayed, but it was fine in kitchen or downstairs in the restaurant. You need to use your own lock for the lockers, as the hostel doesn't provide it anymore or you can buy it in the store.
