- A woman a couple beds over from me was sexually assaulted 3 nights ago, being touched inappropriately TWICE by an employee in the middle of night. I woke up after she screamed at the man to get out of the room. 30 minutes later I heard the door unlock and this man CAME BACK IN THE ROOM and asked her to look him in the eyes while he told her to talk to his boss and would not leave until I joined in in yelling at him to get out. I was so disturbed by this behavior I knew I wasn't going to stay any longer and risk my safety and comfort. I left for the morning, but when I went back to pick up my bags I was met by another employee who had a really smiley, nice disposition as he said "The girl in the room told me her story from yesterday. That never happened before." I told him I saw the man come in the room, it was uncomfortable, and that I was also checking out. He just responded with a "sorry for that" as I walked out the door. I was almost equally as disturbed at this meaningless gesture that will ultimately end with no consequences as I was at the inappropriate sexual advances made by the other man the night before.

- No water during the night suddenly and it’s not the first time. But staff didn’t inform me in advance. And other customers also mentioned it’s been this since two days ago.
- 我被蟲子咬了，隔天早上醒來我的腿上有一個紅點 照片不是真的，實際上1樓到2樓以及2樓到3樓的樓梯很破爛，但這卻沒有放在上面 棉被沒有被套，就只是一條毯子，有沒有洗也不知道 價格是假的，我在Booking.com 看到的時候明明是$400加$20台幣，結果付錢之後，我的聯邦銀行信用卡給我email 是$505台幣，跟一開始說好的錢是不一樣! 雖然這也只差一點點錢而已，但這是誠信問題，吉隆坡其他青年旅館沒有這樣。 房間沒有窗戶，床跟床完全是連在一起的，跟照片又不一樣，我一進去六個床完全連在一起，如果六個人全滿，放行李的空間都沒有！ 完全沒有隔音。外面有人在吹頭髮的聲音聽得很清楚，而且他那個門開關的聲音都很大聲. 老闆（ 前台） 雖然是華人，但是他說的中文我聽不懂，我說的中文他也聽不懂，結果我們用英文溝通
Uncomfortable atmosphere in quite a dodgy location. As a female solo traveler I would not recommend this place
Do not stay here. It is a death trap. The hostel deadbolts/padlocks you inside and there is no way to get out. If you have an early flight, you cannot leave. It's possible to get trapped inside the internal staircase if you lose access to the keycard. There is no phone number to ring, no buzzer to call, no staff are present. If there is a fire, there is no way to escape out of the building - you must jump from the balcony. This hotel is in breach of fire safety regulations.
+ ทำเลที่ดีมาก เล่าวิธีไปจากสนามบินกัวลาลัมเปอร์เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ลูกค้าท่านอื่นอีก 1.เดินลงไปชั้นพื้นถนนของสนามบินKUL terminal 1 ข้ามถนนไปตึก bus station ซื้อตั๋วรถบัสไป KL Sentral. ราคา 15 ริงกิตมาเลเซีย ใช้เวลาเดินทาง 1 ชั่วโมง รถบัสออกทุกประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง 2. เมื่อถึง KL เซ็นทรัลแล้ว เดินขึ้นบันไดไป 2 ชั้น จะทะลุห้างสรรพสินค้า หาทางเลี้ยวขวาไปที่ขายตั๋วโมโนเรล ซื้อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ด้วยบัตรเครดิตได้ ลงสถานีบูกิตบินตัง ราคา 2.5 ริงกิตมาเลเซีย 3.เดินตาม google map แค่ครึ่งกิโลก็ถึงเลย

I got sexually assaulted by the cleaner at this hostel. He grabbed my breast twice at 3am in my room when he was “handing me my room key” . I ended up screaming and shouting for him to leave. Did not sleep that night as I was so distraught and scared as this was a man maybe in his 40s. The boss then in the morning called me and asked me my story like 4 times he obviously did not believe me, as he kept telling me this hasn’t happened before. Made me feel like he did not believe me . Het personeel was heel attend en behulpzaam. Ze maakte constant schoon en waren er voor je als je ze nodig had. Maar wat stinkt het daar naar schimmel. Je ruikt het overal dat het zelfs in je kleding gaat zitten. De trappenhal stinkt het ergst. Het lijkt me niet gezond. Iedereen die er verbleef had het erover. Daarom begrijp ik de positieve reviews niet, voel me misleid. Het personeel probeert constant schoon te maken en te spuiten met luchtverfrissers maar de geur van schimmel is te ster...
The staff was very attentive and helpful. They kept the house clean and were there for you when you needed them. But what it smelled like mold. You smell it everywhere that it even gets in your clothes. The trappenhal smells the worst. It doesn't seem healthy to me. Everyone who saw it had it. That's why I don't understand the positive reviews, I feel misled. The staff constantly try to clean and spray with air fresheners but the smell of mold is too strong.
I booked in 8 bed dorm but he but me in 10 bed dorm!
Forgot my good 30 euro zara shirt in this place and when I texted them they ‘couldnt’ find it smh. Its not about the money are the shirt but a matter of principle. Hostel is okay but this is a no go for me, will not book again.

Les lits sont confortables, le personnel est adorable et la localisation est parfaite. Par contre, l'espace dans le dortoir de 6 était extrêmement réduit et j'ai dû dormir avec mon sac à dos à mes pieds (c'est la première fois que je fais ça en 4 mois de backpacking)... De plus, Les douches ne sentaient pas toujours très bon. Ce n'est pas un endroit pour rencontrer du monde, il y a pas mal de personnes plus âgées qui dorment aussi ici. Il y a un rooftop accessible, c'est très sympa.
The beds are comfortable, the staff is adorable and the location is perfect. however, the space in the 6-person dorm was extremely small and I had to sleep with my backpack at my feet (this is the first time I've done this in 4 months of backpacking)... plus, The showers didn't always smell very good. it's not a place to meet people, there are quite a few older people who also sleep here. there is a very accessible rooftop, it's nice.

Quiet, chilled vibe in this hostel which I enjoyed coming back to after the business of the city. Not super social, but that was ok with me.

+ This was my first time in Malaysia, and I just chose a place to stay without doing much research, but luckily this place is very close to the city center and train stations, making transportation very convenient. I stayed here for 3 nights and was very satisfied. It was clean and the staff were very friendly.
+ Great location, clean and comfy. Great staff.

- 实在是太难找了。没有门头，留的电话也打不通。在周围转了好久。问了无数个人都说不知道。建议在门口加个招牌
+ Très bien situé près d’un quartier très vivant. Le personnel très gentil. Les compartiments avec le lit sont très bien et les rideaux bien occultants. Point bonus pour le rangement individuels qui se ferme avec un code.
- gros bémols pour les sanitaires… pas souvent très propres malheureusement… et le jet de la douche est très faible rendant les douches pas très agréables. De plus il n’y à aucune aération dans les sanitaires ce qui fait qu’après une douche il faut de suite très chaud!
+ Personnel très arrangeant et agréable, lit confortable et rideau pour l'intimité, très propre.

+ La terrasse est agréable, le personnel de la réception sympathique. Il y a un filtre pour l’eau. Les casiers au dessus des lits sont biens
- Les toilettes sentent toujours le pipi. Un des lits était tellement renfoncés, ils ont acceptés de me changer de lit et l’autre était bien.
