Submarino Hostel

Não tinham ninguém na recepção quando fui embora às 6h30 da manhã. O quarto estava bem desorganizado. O pessoal era bem desorganizado.

Cooles, lässiges Hostel, leider sehr schlechte Luft in den Zimmern und alles sehr eng.

This is a decent hostel but it wasn’t particularly lively during the off season. They don’t have A/C and there were some small bugs and mosquitoes in the rooms. The host is very accommodating however and the people were nice.

Das Submarino Hostel ist ein super soziales Hostel. Man trifft auf viele Reisende von überall her! Ich hatte eine super Zeit dort. Das Hostel liegt an einer Lagune und ist etwas weiter entfernt von den Stränden. Man kann sich aber im Hostel Fahrräder mieten oder einen Uber bestellen. Das Hostel ist ziemlich Sauber, hat eine kleine Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Hodtel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

I had great time in hostel. I was very sad when leaving Floripa. When I come back I will be going to this hostel again. Cool vibes, helpful and cool stuff. It's chill they don't give you pain in the ass with stupid rules like disallowed alcohol from outside. Cool crew and I'd be happy to comeback even maybe as a volunteer cause I really liked how things work out here.

L'hostel est mignon et avec de l'ambiance, mais il n'y a pas assez de salles de bain pour le MONDE que cet hostel accueille... Autrement j'ai trouvé que le quartier était un peu mort... Sinon, le personnel est très sympa et j'ai passé un bon séjour, pour le prix à Florianopolis ça reste le meilleur.

Aria condizionata sparata troppo forte nelle stanze senza possibilità di regolarla. Personale molto disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.

Lovely hostel - walking distance to everything you need and a short uber to gorgeous beaches. The staff and guests were all super nice! Has a very homely feel. And two kitchens is a big bonus!

I’ve stayed at over 50 hostels and Submarino was one of the best. If you’re looking for something with a very social vibe this is definitely the place.

Wir waren zum Karneval da und es hat uns soo gut gefallen. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sehr sauber! Besitzer kümmern sich liebevoll und wissen genau wer gerade dort übernachtet. Sehr sicher und tolle Lage an einem süßen Ort! Von dort kommt man gut zu den Stränden und Wanderrouten mit dem Uber. Die Dünen sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Everything was amazing! Giulio and the girls helping out there were amazing, welcoming and just the kindest. I stayed with them for more than a week and would go back immediately. They organise things outside of the hostel so you can party and also have a good night sleep if you need to. Would recommend to everyone 1000%!! Hope to be back sometime :)

One of the best hostels I’ve ever been to, it has all the amenities you could need, super clean, super social but not loud at night as all the events are held outside of the hostel

Eines der besten Hostels in denen wir bis jetzt waren. Die Badezimmer waren jeweils erstaunlich sauber für die Menge Leute. Auch die Küche wurde fortlaufend gereinigt. Zum Zentrum läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Es gibt aber einen Mercado der noch näher ist. Ansonsten sind die Uber recht günstig um zu den Stränden zu gelangen.

I met the best people here. The vibe was chill and always welcoming, and the hostel was continually cleaned. I really appreciated the large woman’s dorm where I felt safe and slept well. If you decide Lagoa is the area you want to be in, stay here. Coworking: there is a large table in the common area to work at that has strong WiFi and is pretty quiet most of the day, though it wouldn’t be a good place for meetings. I worked there for several days and enjoyed getting to chat with others!

I loved staying there, the owner and the staff were always super helpful and nice, the vibe was so good and ive met the best people there, i would definitely recommend going there even though its not next to a beach, its next to a central place you can walk everywhere its super safe there

I‘ve had the best expierence on my solo trip here so far. The community here is perfect, it felt like a family and everything else was perfect too. You have everything you need and the host is very kind and helps you if need something. I can only say Submarino is a 10/10

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the location is excellent for accessing some of the best beaches and hikes on the island. Would definitely return.

Great hostel. Social but also relaxing. Rooms are good and Julio and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Submarino was the perfect place to stay after a few intense days of partying! The vibes are very calm where you get to relax and only a 30 second walk from the Lagoon! The staff was very nice and attentive if needed. I highly recommend Submarino!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in all of South America. Julio the owner is kind, friendly and generous. The hostel itself is a beautiful building with a layout that cultivates a very social and easygoing atmosphere - I met the coolest and loveliest people here. Comfy beds with clean & spacious dorms, hot shower, well equipped kitchen. Great location next to the lake, nearby a market and a short walk to town. Also Menina and Mole are the cutest hostel pets ever. Highly recommend!
