Snoozles Hostel – Galway City Centre

+ It was a scam . We booked a hotel and when we got there it was a hostel. The toilet was disgusting, more than dirty. Sheets were used . The worst experience ever

- It was a scam . We booked a hotel and when we got there it was a hostel. The toilet was disgusting, more than dirty. Sheets were used . The worst experience ever. In fact we left straight away, we couldn’t sleep with such conditions

+ This place should be 20e a night max. Basically awful

- The night porter was the rudest guy ever. The vending machine charged me for something I never got and he insisted the money would go back on my card. Of course it never happened. He didn't care at all. In fact he was angry I even mentioned it to him. Don't stay here. Please save ur money and stay elsewhere

+ Sala nella hall, staff.

- Prenotata camera con letto matrimoniale e uno a castello ci viene data stanza con 4 letti a castello che sembrano loculi. Pochissimo spazio per 4 persone. Lo staff si scusa e dice che un errore di booking o che abbiamo sbagliato noi a prenotare. Se volevamo dormire in 4 letto a castello altri posti costavano molto di meno. Quando faccio presente che la stanza l ho pagata 315euro e che l indomani la stessa stanza costa 80€ in meno mi rispondono che di sabato costa di più. Colazione triste senza affettati né uova. Parcheggio dicono che costerebbe 12€ ma con l albergo hai discount. Alla fine pagato sempre 12€. Quindi sconto fasullo. Stanza con ruggine sulla doccia, porta rotta, finestra che quasi non si può aprire. Luce sul letto che ti abbaglia direttamente gli occhi rendendo non piacevole leggere.

+ I liked the day time staff Hugo and a lady that did the days was ama,ing I can't fault them

- The rest of the staff, the ben linen was dirty the beds was so hard I am suffering now with my back. I book a quadupple room for the 4 of us and we had 1 chair to sit on, we had no facilities in the room to make a drink in the morning

+ Helpful and friendly staff Clean Value for money Great outdoor area Decor modern clean and bright Close to Eyre square Fantastic location for buses and trains.

- Dorms a little crowded I was in a six bedded female one would have been better as a four bedded

- In the night at 24 sep i just get in ask for a room he become really mad and tell me f off and I reply why what i did -(leave it). Sir i will but wanna know -am not gonna ask again and without any reason even i was so polite they fired me up from the place

- The room 309 is a joke!!! It’s scandalous!!! I paid €320 for 2 nights and I should keep o moment of silence for that money!! Very small room with absolutely nothing inside other than beds!! Never come back again there!! Staff super friendly hotel clean but the room was o shed!!

+ Locatie was prima in het centrum

- Ontbijt was een gore bende. In de potten met pindakaas, nutella en jam zat iedereen te roeren vol met schimmel. Droog broodje, banaan en thee was nog te doen. Verder was koffie ver te zoeken(alleen bak poeder). Daarnaast hadden ze het goede idee om op zaterdagmorgen om 5:30 uur pal voor ons raam de gevel te schilderen op een hoogwerker met dieselmotor.

- Niente

+ Tous les équipements sont en bon état, récents et propres. L'établissement est très bien placé. Certaines attentions que l'on a pas dans d'autres auberges comme le petit déjeuner ou des serviettes de toilette sont un vrai plus

- C'est très très cher pour un lit en dortoir mais malheureusement ça a l'air d'être dans la moyenne de Galway

+ Lo staff molto gentile e diaponibile, la colazione e la possibilità di avere frutta, the, caffe o latte durante tutta la giornata.

- Non c'era riacaldamento nella stanza. Benche non facesse freddoo, era un po umida. Non so se perche ero presente nelle date.di San Patrick ma il prezzo caro per essere un ostello (70€ a notte per un posto letto da 10?)
