Ozmert Hotel

+ Nice balcony, light breakfast was included, they provided a chair and table for working for me;

- The apartment needs updates (bathroom needs urgent update; watermarks in the walls, toilet seat broke out; electricity sockets are loose etc.); smelly from bathroom drain; bed was not too comfortable; the internet barely worked; It was rather noisy as there is no noise insulation (you could hear everything from neighbors); it is right next to a very busy road so you can hear the street noise; there is a mosque nearby with very loud speakers (so you will be woken up early in the morning); it is FAR away from the beach (20-25 minutes walking); staff members are not so friendly; all in all I would not return!

- Description does not match reality. Very dangerous stairs. Breakfast included is only tea, coffee and bread. Internet Speed less than 1 MB. No one speaks English. Location is remote.

- На территории отеля, где расположен бассейн очень неприятный запах от кошек. В описании указано что выключен завтрак, на самом деле его нет. Предлагают чай и хлеб. В номере плохо закрываются окна, дверь балкона, из-за чего шумно ночью ( шум от машин, соседей, петух) Санузел: маленькой размером, сломан замок на двери, а также унитаз не исправен ( крышка и слив)

+ L'emplacement est pas mal au centre de la belle ville côtière de Konyaalti, les appartements sont spacieux disposant d'une terrasse bien ensoleillée avec vu sur la piscine, la propreté de l'hotel.

- La piscine petite avec en plus des restrictions arbitraires sur son utilisation, mon épouse et mes enfants ont été contraints de quitter la piscine un soir sous prétexte qu'elle fermait a 20h alors que durant tout le séjour les occupants de l'hôtel se begnaient jusqu'à minuit sans problème. La douche était miniature de forme triangulaire ce qui limite le mouvement à l'intérieur ce qui cause des blessures avec la robinetterie et cela même pour nos enfants. Y avait un problème avec la hotte de cuisine sur laquelle il manquait un filtre et ou les boutons étaient cassés ce qui representait un danger pour mon épouse, j'ai signalé le problème mais il n'a pas été réglé malgré l'assez long séjour qu'ont a passé a cet hôtel. Le lit de la chambre parentale est non seulement pas confortable mais ont sent les ressorts en dessous ce qui nous marque après une nuit de sommeil, j'en ai gardé des séquelles.

+ My stay at Sorta Hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautifully modern and spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast is included in the price and it’s absolutely fantastic – every morning something different is served, which makes each day feel special. Everything is fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. What really makes this place exceptional are the wonderful ladies who work there. They are always smiling, kind, and incredibly welcoming. Their warm attitude creates such a lovely atmosphere and truly makes the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could need – even thoughtful extras like washing powder, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. It’s those little details that make a big difference and show how much the hosts care about their guests. The location is also perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. If you are looking for a clean, modern, comfortable place with amazing service and a great location, Sorta Hotel is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again!

+ A szemelyzet nagyon kedves es segitokesz, a szoba tagas es tiszta. Kb 10 perc seta a tengerparthoz. Imadtunk ott lenni.

+ Второй раз были в этом отеле, в другом апартаменте, и снова все прекрасно. Очень добрый чуткий персонал, очень вкусные завтраки, есть парковочное место. Вообще очень рекомендую всем данный отель, еще вернемся!

- Свет в сан узлах тусклый, всего одна только точка света, я уже писал в другом отзыве об этом.

+ Персонал вежливый, завтраки вкусные, в номерах чисто, расположение комфортное, в целом всё супер. Топ за свои деньги — однозначно! В номерах есть всё для жизни вообще. Стиральная машина, холодильник, и так далее.

- Берите с собой беруши. В туалете маловато света.

- В гостиной на полу было не очень чисто. Долгое ожидание пока пробежит холодная вода в душе

+ We stayed for a week in December and liked pretty much everything about the place! Should we come to Antalya in the future again, would gladly stay in this hotel. Convenient location, spacious and clean apartment, good breakfast, awesome staff!

- The only thing I'd like to improve is the quantity and location of wall sockets. But that's a minor thing.

+ شقة تتكون من طابقين الطابق السفلي غرفة نوم وحمام وصاله وبلكونه ( شرفه) ، والطابق الثاني من غرفة نوم وبلكونه ( شرفه) الشقه نظيفه جدا وجميله ويوجد فيها كُل الخدمات يوجد في الشقه غسالة ملابس وغسالة اطباق ومكوى ملابس كما يوفرون مسحوق غسيل الملابس والصابون والشامبو يوجد فطور مجاني لذيذ جدا ومميز ومتنوع الطباخه التي تنظم الافطار لطيفه وروحها جميله كانت تطبخ الاطباق بحب وطعم الطبخات التي تصنعها لذيذه جدا مسؤلة المكان لطيفة جدا ومتعاونه و ودوده استقبلتنا بأسلوب لطيف وكانت متعاونه جدا معنا وترد على جميع استفساراتنا واسألتنا بصدر رحب مكان الاقامة جميل وقريب من شاطي كونيالتي ومن جميع الخدمات بقالات وكوفيات ومطاعم وكُل شي كنا نذهب بأقدامنا ونجد كُل شي سريعا المكان مريح جدا وهادي ويوجد تدفئه وتكيف ومصعد تعاملهم راقي جدا ولطيف احببت انطاليا من تعاملهم اشكرهم على كُل ماقدموه

+ Прекрасный отель! Особенно хочется отметить завтраки: очень вкусные, свежие и разнообразные, каждый день было из чего выбрать. В номерах идеальная чистота, уборка проводится на совесть. Весь персонал очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный, всегда готовы помочь. С удовольствием вернемся сюда снова!

+ - great location in Konyaalti, close to the public bus, to the beach, restaurants, grocery shops, etc. - easy check in and out - all staff was incredibly friendly, forthcoming, hospitable, incl. cleaning and cooking staff 🤩 - the apartment was spacious, well equipped, very clean - stable WiFi connection - the breakfast was so good, everyday all essentials for turkish breakfast with varying options on top, from warm, savory, to sweet and fruits, really 10/10 - the yard / garden area is so comfortable and cute, the pool is rather small
