+ It was easy to find with it being right on the corner and the sign was easily visible
- That it catered to more groups than individual travelers. Had at least 15 teenagers running up and down the hall knocking on peoples doors for fun and playing in the lifts. The hours say be quiet from 11pm-7am, but it was 1:44am that they were still up and I had enough and booked another place in the middle of the night or should I say next day because I didn’t sleep. Checked out the next day, they offered to move me to another room, but I was fed up after one night

- Pas d'équipements du tout ! Seulement deux grandes serviettes fournies pour deux personnes, pas de serviettes pour les visages ni pour les pieds. Pas de gel douche, ni aucun équipement pour salle de bain. Couette très petite, matelas non confortable. Pas d'équipement du tout (ni sèche cheveux, ni verre, ni tv, ni rien du tout).

+ Nothing it was bunk beds that didnt feel safe very uncomfy mattress my children were very upset by the room their was no kettle or any tv in the room just a room with beds it was horrible and it cost 181 pound to stay in we got their at 4.30 and left at 7 in the morning
- Everythin and for the amount of money we paid it was just for a bed for 17 hours their were stains on celing walls and bedding

+ By far the worst experience I've had when booking via Booking.com. The room we were given was filthy dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The bed bunks were covered in dubious looking curly hairs and the bed sheets had black specks which we were not sure if were alive bugs or dead but didn't get too close in case! The floor and skirtings were covered in dust and dirt. The shower tray was black. No way were we walking in bare feet in the room or using the toilet which the back of the seat was disgusting and not been cleaned any time recently. We could not stay in the room. Environmental health will be getting involved! Avoid avoid avoid!
- We opted to leave immediately and find alternative accom. went to reception and asked for a refund. They refused saying we'd have to speak to the manager the next day. We did. He was so unconcerned for our experience and basically said "tough". We are now locked in a situation for a refund!

- El peor hotel con diferencia de los miles donde he estado. Para empezar no tenían gel, jabón ni tan siquiera TOALLAS. Estaba extremadamente sucio. Se nos ocurrió mirar debajo de la cama y de lado de una de las camas y estaban sucio sucio. Las paredes con restos, a saber de qué. Arañas muertas en los techos. La moqueta ni qué decir. No entiendo cómo puede existir "hoteles" así.

- El check in no se puede realizar antes de las 16.00h, llegamos a la habitación y el baño estaba sucio, la cama con pelos y el suelo sin limpiar. Una vergüenza

- La habitación es extremadamente básica: solo incluye cama, mesa, armario y baño. No hay televisión ni ningún tipo de amenity, más allá de un jabón de manos. Solo entregan una toalla por persona, no hay ni toallas de mano ni alfombrilla para la ducha. Lo peor es el agua caliente, que se agota por la noche, con lo que si llegas tarde, toca ducharse con agua fría. Si necesitas secador, te solicitan una fianza de 5£, lo que unido a todo lo demás, resulta bastante cutre. Relación calidad-precio pésima. No lo recomiendo.

+ La struttura è ottima, soprattutto se si pensa che è un ostello. Le stanze sono comode, la sala comune spaziosa e comoda per mangiare o passare del tempo. Il personale è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare. La posizione anche, in 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata, si arriva tranquillamente nel centro. Consigliatissimo.
- La colazione non era inclusa, ma conviene comunque a livello di prezzo. Forse eviterei i breakfast roll, credo ci sia altro di più interessante. Piccolezze perché era tutto ottimo!
+ One of the best location if you are visiting and staying in Edinburgh. Short walk from the main train station. Lots of amenities around and on site (cafe, laundry and also self catering facilities). Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was great. Room was neat and clean and we were given a room on second floor at the back of the building so there was no noise issues at all. Free water refill in lobby and excellent coffee (unfortunately did not get to taste the food from menu). Very good value for money. Definitely will stay in future.
- Double bed in the room was on a smaller size and a small fridge in the room can he helpful for people who are staying few nights in a row.

+ Está muy bien ubicado a 10-12 minutos del centro caminando. Cerca de la estación de bus y de tren. Por la puerta pasan muchos buses y el tranvía que te lleva directo al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son modernas, las habitaciones básicas, pero más que suficientes para una estancia cómoda. Proporcionan toallas. Además tienen una cafetería/comedor con carta para poder pedir de comer y ofrecen desayunos. El personal es muy amable y ayuda en todo lo posible.

+ L'emplacement : à 15 minutes à pied de la Gare de Waverley et à 20 minutes du centre. Le chek-in très tard le soir. Le confort de la literie.
- Manque d'équipements : pas de shampoing, gel douche, sèche cheveux, etc. Très bruyant si votre chambre donne côté rue. La propreté de manière générale.
+ L'emplacement est central, pratique pour les visites. La chambre est propre. Les installations sont pratiques et permettent d'économiser sur les repas.
- Chambre mal isolée (prévoir des bouchons d'oreille) et rideaux laissant trop passer le soleil.
