🚨DO NOT STAY HERE🚨 Had a private room- mould ALL OVER the walls, mould right under the AC so blowing fumes all around the room. Blood on our pillow, no apology when we complained. pool was empty despite it being advertised as having a pool. no hot water in shower and very unclean. Room had not been hoovered either. We were the only people there for one night and saw one other person when leaving. We left a day early it was that bad. Reallyupset but there is a reason it's so much cheaper!

Do not stay here! When we got there it looks like it’s boarded up and no one let us in, we had to stay somewhere else our first night because no one let us in and no one replied to our message. The staff seem nice enough but it’s so creepy, the pool had no water in and there is no happy hour like it’s advertised. The people who own it don’t even stay here. We had stains on the bedsheets, we found a dead cockroach on the floor and there was loads of mould right by the AC. Because of this ...

This place was terrible - really gross room and completely empty hostel..felt a bit like a ghost town…the pool was not cleaned but you would not want to spend a second longer than you need in this hostel anyways..the rooms were dirty and smelly

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at, I took a private room thinking I was gonna get a Nice comfortable break from dorms but it ended up being horrible!! The bathroom was moldy, the stream was so weak, and there was insectes on the ground, plus the door handle was broken. There were cockroaches (dead and alive) a bit everywhere, and the bedroom was quite dirty and a bit moldy. The toilet door didn’t work. And when I went the pool was empty! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL!! This hostel is the worst place we have ever stayed at! It’s an absolute nightmare and it’s soo disgusting, we don’t have the words! The rooms have so much mildew! Same about the bathrooms! The rooms is 100% not getting cleaned! There is so much old hair everywhere! The toilets had feces, it was unbelievable! It was so grows! Bed had a horrible smell! The sheets had holes and was dirty, same about the towels! The pool was not possible to use AT ALL, it was so disgu...

Unclean with rats and cockroaches in the room. It might have been because it was off season but very strange atmosphere, after the happy hour the staff turned off all the lights and left. When I arrived it was completely shut up and then someone arrived 10 minutes later but there was no way to know how to get in. Don’t book

Auf keinen Fall das Einzelzimmer (Zimmer 6) buchen! Das Zimmer ist sehr ungünstig gelegen. Auf der einen Seite ist die Treppe, die von zwei Stockwerken an Dorms an jeder Nachtzeit hoch- und runter trampelt wird. Leider ist es eine Metalltreppe, die man aufgrund des Fensters - genau an der Treppe - gut hört. Auch wird Party unter der Woche bis 22 Uhr gemacht. Whilst the location was good, a few things took us by surprise. There was very little security - front door and room door were constantly left open, anyone could walk in. Cleanliness was very poor. We were in an 8 bed room and weren’t given any sheets or pillow on arrival, we had to rummage round and find these ourselves. Staff were sharing our room and weren’t helpful when the other guests were incredibly noisy (5:30am alarm snoozed x10 times was a joke)

Nice hostel, near key spots like Ado bus and city centre. Very kind volunteer staff, always with a smile. I extended my stay by 3 nights. I would definetly book again.

Some rooms are located next to the common kitchen where at my stay other guests had a private party which made it impossible to sleep. Location is good.

The staff is great and the rooms are good and clean. Only issue we had was the toilet kept getting clogged but that was from guest throwing toilet paper in there and not the hostels fault. When issues arised staff quickly worked to repair the issue.

The staff were the absolute best and made the stay so nice. Caro was always giving great recommendations of things to do and took us to the light show every night. Overall, everyone who worked at the hostel was very accommodating, and the dorms, bathrooms, and public spaces were cleaned every day. If you're staying in Valladolid, this place is very homey :)

It was a good vibe in the hostel and the owner and volunteer were super friendly and helpful. It’s a cute place. Unfortunately the kitchen was dirty and they didn‘t fill up toiletpaper in the room for all the three days, even after telling them. The toiletflush didn‘t work properly.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were a bit confused and confusing but very nice! They offered us tequila shots and decorated the room in a party theme. However there was one volunteer sleeping in my bed when we came but when we told the staff they quickly changed the volunteer to another room and changed the bedsheets so it was fine. They helped us book transportation to Chichén Itzá and Cenotes the next day so that was great! Overall good experience and the shower was kinda warm.

Nice hostel. The rooms were really nice and also clean. The nice lady who checked me in (I’m sorry I forgot your name) was so friendly and made me feel really welcome. The rooms can get very hot but the staff were always on hand to turn the Ac on if you needed.

We stayed in a private room for two nights. Pros: - our room was spacious - the staff were super lovely - the hostel and room decor was cute Cons: - there was zero atmosphere (probably because of low season but still disappointing) - the location felt really sketchy - the room was way to big for the AC, so it didn’t cool the room properly and it felt stuffy all the time. Didn’t help that the room was located on the top floor - there were no hooks in the shower or benches to put...

This is a great, and unique hostel, and the best place to make friends. It’s small so everyone just seems to group together immediately. The staff is amazing too! It would be nice if there were safety boxes in the private rooms, like many other places I’ve stayed in on this trip, but that is the only thing I think tha can be improved. This place is great!

Nice hostel right in the middle of Valladolid. The private room is big and the ac works great. My only complaint is that the ensuite bathroom wasn’t cleaned since the last guest, there was pee on the toilet seat and a used bandaid in the shower.

Lacking in social atmosphere but works as a decent base to visit chichen itza - kitchen is also pretty rubbish with an electric stove that takes ages to cook anything
