+ 便宜 地理位置好

- 天花板有水痕，床位离空调很近，非常吵。床也容易嘎吱作响。

+ La ubicación. Ambiente juvenil.

- Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y no había sitio para dejar una maleta en condiciones. Además se escuchaba bastante la calle.

+ Pas cher et bon emplacement.

- L'odeur était horrible. Celà sentait très mauvais dans le dortoir, j'ai ouvert grand la fenêtre pour essayer d'aérer toute la nuit mais toutes mes affaires sentent mauvais et j'ai eu beaucoup de mal a m'endormir a cause de l'odeur.

+ Les lockers sont grands, on peut y stocker son laptop et tous ses achats sans probème. L'happy hour avec la boisson offerte.

- Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. L'hostel n'est pas entretenu. C'est l'hostel le plus sale dans lequel j'ai séjourné au Japon (poussière pas faite depuis des années, sous vêtement abandonné, chewing-gum collé sur un encadrement de porte etc). Je n'aurais jamais pensé rencontrer un hostel aussi sale connaissant les standards japonais. J'ai séjourné dans un dortoir 10 places. Le dortoir est saturé de lits. il y a très peu de place restantes pour les valises. Quand le dortoir est plein, on ne peut plus circuler entre toutes les valises et les chaussures des uns et des autres. On dort dans des lits superposés. Le lit du haut n'a pas de toit. Il n'y aucune isolation acoustique ou lumineuse par conséquent. On est donc gêné par les personnes qui laissent leur lumière allumée toute la nuit, les personnes qui ronflent fort et celles qui respectent rien et qui n'ont pas de savoir vivre en rentrant a 3h du mat et ne font aucun effort pour ne pas faire de bruit. Mon lit était situé face à la porte d'entrée du dortoir et avec les voisins qui ronflaient comme des porcs, et ceux qui ne respectaient pas les autres, je n'ai pas pu avoir une seule nuit de repos sur mes 5 nuits. Dans la couchette, l'étagère qui est à hauteur de tête c'est complètement débile. La pièce commune est trop petite et est squattée par le staff. Ça a complétement gâché la fin de mon voyage.

- L’hôtel n’était pas du tout conforme aux photos, c’était en très mauvais état et très sale. SDB sale, WC sale et chambre dégradée. Personnel qui se confond avec les clients qui squattent les jeux videos à l’accueil à longueur de journée.

- Das Mehrbettzimmer war nicht wie beschrieben ein 6-Bett-Zimmer, sondern ein 10-Bett Zimmer. Die Beschreibung desselben konnte ich am Tag meiner Ankunft nicht mehr finden. Diese wurde offenbar gelöscht. Fühle mich mit dieser Buchung über den Tisch gezogen.

- 間違った入室ナンバーを渡されて部屋に入れなかった。ありえない。

+ The location and the prayer room

- Very dirty and very bad smell everywhere, including bathrooms, showers, corridors, entrance, lift, dormitories... Doesn't meet Japanese standards

+ Location is good. Dormsrooms have lockers for safekeeping. Thankfully no bed bugs.

- This is the dirtiest hostel I have stayed at in Japan. (And I have stayed in at least 10 hostels in Japan). The showers, sinks, dorms, hallway, staircase and common area were all dirty. We booked 3 nights and I wondered if they clean at all? There is mold in the bathroom. Also, the showers are on a different floor than the dormrooms. So you had to walk through the dirty staircase or elevator back to your dorm (where everyone wears their dirty shoes from outside). Guests also wear their outiside shoes in the dormrooms, because there are no shoeracks to prevent this. Every other hostel in Japane I have been to has shoeracks. The kitchen downstairs and common room are super messy. The people staying at the hostel are mostly young backpackers and they don’t seem to make an effort in keeping the place clean either (because it’s already dirty). The common area downstairs is way too small for the amount of people staying at the hostel. TIP: book directly via their website if you want to stay here anyway. Booking via booking.com costs double the price!!! We totally got ripped off.

- Concernant les occupants: manque total de savoir vivre et de respect. Certains croient qu'un dortoir est leur chambre personnelle et se permettent de réorganiser entièrement leur valise à 1h du matin ou de ranger leur casier à 6h. Ça parle fort dans les couloirs. Concernant l'établissement: Sol peu propre Porte des dortoirs très bruyante avec son verrou automatique qui fait un bruit de perceuse à l'ouverture et la fermeture. Merveilleux pour dormir la nuit (et faut prendre sa carte quand on va aux toilettes) Casiers en métal, parfait pour faire du bruit même quand on tente d'être discrétion L'interrupteur de la lumière des dortoirs est géré par la réception. Parfois ils pensent à l'éteindre, parfois on doit descendre en pyjama leur demander après avoir cherché 15 min l'interrupteur. Pourquoi?? Le lit du haut n'a pas de "plafond". Comme il y'a des fenêtres sans rideau, a 5h du matin il fait plein jour dans le lit du haut. Entre les gens irrespectueux; le bruit infernal de la porte et le soleil a 5h du matin, on n'arrive pas à se reposer.

+ ההוסטל האהוב עליי בטיול ליפן ! צוות מקסים ששמח לעזור , אווירה חברותית , במיקום שקט אבל שקל להגיע ממנו לכל מקום. המיטה נוחה ויש מספיק מקום לאחסון ציוד. ממליצה ממש למטיילים סולו!

+ 神田駅の徒歩圏内で翌日のプランが立てやすい・静かなエリアの割に近くに飲食店も多少ある・トイレやシャワーなどの設備が新しい

- 臨海方面に行くには乗り換えが面倒・受付が共有キッチン&リビングとつながっていて狭くちょっと入りづらい感じ

- Between the cubicles there was a space in the one below that lets through the light and noise of the cubicles next door.

+ I traveled to run the Marathon and stayed here for my entire time in Tokyo before continuing my trip through the rest of Japan for another week. I stayed in the shared room on the fifth floor. There were lockers, but little space to organize luggage. The disarray of suitcases and clothes, along with insufficient cleaning, contributed to a dirty and untidy appearance. Toilets are available on each floor and were very clean. The guests were very considerate and respectful of quiet hours. Located in Chuo-ku, on the east side of Tokyo, a 2-minute walk from Kodenma-cho Station, near Kanda Train Station, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Both the reception and cleaning staff are very friendly, always ready to help, answer any questions, and offer suggestions. They speak English. The atmosphere is welcoming, and hospitable, which is important for someone traveling alone, like me. Every afternoon, during Happy Hour, you had access to a bottle of water, soda, tea, or beer. Cosmopolitan atmosphere and a friendly vibe among people from all over the world. On Sunday at 6:00 AM, I checked out and they allowed me to leave all my luggage stored until noon, when I returned from the marathon. They let me shower and use the rest of the facilities, including the kitchen, until my departure at 8:00 PM. Everything was very perfectg. I could leave most of my heavy luggage for a week, for a reasonable price, before my trip around the rest of the country, and pick it up before leaving for the airport on my return journey. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It has cutlery, plates, glasses, a kettle, microwave, stovetop, pots, pans, condiments, spices, oil, vinegar, sauces... Coffee and tea are available. There's also a refrigerator to store your own food. The Wi-Fi, hot water, heating, and other facilities work perfectly. On my next visit to Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again. Location, good atmosphere, and unbeatable value for money!!

- It needs renovation. Lack of maintenance. Very small common area, where the reception, kitchen, reading area, and games are concentrated. There's a lot of noise and commotion in the afternoons. Most of the time it was impossible to be there. Showers only on the 2nd floor. Insufficient at certain times. The entrance is accessed via uncomfortable steps. Only one elevator for all floors.
