+ El hostal es bonito pero nada más.
- Es ruidoso a más no poder, no está bien pensado para ser un hostal y en general es imposible descansar.

- The property said to us fuck off only because we arrive at night we ask to pay extra with 10 min of delay
BED BUGS. I stayed 3 nights and left with bed bug bites all over my body. these were not mosquito bites. the hostel was a beautiful building, but the experience was not good.

It’s a beautiful traditional Japanese property, but unfortunately did not have the best time here. I was initially given the wrong password for the wifi, was woken up in the female only dorm by male cleaning staff 2 hours before checkout, and the shower went back and forth between extremely hot and extremely cold.
The worst staff I have encountered. They use the common spaces for themselves so it is awkward as a guest to use it to socialize. No one speaks English either which is curious for a hostel. They also do not take card. The place is clean and cute but walls are thin. I’ve never had staff make me feel so ostracized before. The room would go quiet when I walked in and it took forever for anyone to get up and help me. Stay somewhere else!! Especially closer to the city!

+ 조용한 동네에 위치해있으면서도 다른 관광지들과 멀지 않아 위치가 좋습니다. 오랜만의 게하 숙박인지라 걱정이 조금 됐지만, 스태프들이 친절한 덕분에 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다.
- 실내가 조금 추웠던 점 빼고는 딱히 없었습니다, 아무래도 옛날 가옥인지라 추울 수도 있다고 생각합니다!

+ El personal es muy atento y simpático, la casa es preciosa y muy bien cuidada. El barrio es tranquilo y bello.
- Me alojé en la primera habitación compartida y la temperatura era algo fría para ser invierno (febrero), esperaba una calefacción más cuidada.
+ Lovely building, cozy interior. Liked the little sitting area in the shared room.Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty close to a station. Complimentary drink in the bar was a nice welcome.
- Not sure if this was mentioned in property description but there is a staircase to some of the shared rooms so it is a bit of a workout to get a full suitcase up there! Other than that, it was great!

+ The staff, the facilities, all of it was exceptional.
+ The building itself is really cool, it’s all wood and built in a traditional Japanese style. The garden was beautiful. The staff were all really lovely and smiley, and spoke good English which was helpful. The location for me was amazing, not right in the center of Tokyo but in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes and bakeries nearby.
- The wooden building is a bit of a nightmare design in a hostel 😅 the floorboards creak loudly with the softest steps (which I love, but not when people are returning in the early hours of the morning), the curtains around the beds were Not very effective, and my bed was at the front of the room which meant that everyone walking down the corridor could see straight into my bed and me sleeping. Also the door frames were very low (being in a traditional Japanese home) and the amount of times myself and others hit our heads was quite funny 😂. Also two of the guests in my room was extremely rude, but that’s no fault of the property itself
