- Couldn’t find it - wasn’t clear how to get there. They direct you to an alleyway and you need to find a “red door” I go into the alleyway and cannot see the red door immediately. I continue going further down and still can’t see it. I look further down and there’s just a bunch of men sitting then so I turn around and don’t bother continuing it. This was really uncomfortable. If the entrance is secluded then pictures NEED to be provided as this could be a safety issue. And obviously non refundable so I can’t get my money Back

- There’s people who I assume live there and know the owners/volunteers who don’t care at all about guests (one of them put me on a video call at 5 am with who he said was the owner, after I complained). They were Literally YELLING and SMOKING in the sleeping room at midnight and 4am. There’s nobody there to help or move you to another room. You can’t even call them as their phone number doesn’t accept calls (pic attached). Me and another guy got up and told (yelled at) them to be quiet, but like I said, they didn’t care - kept yelling, kept smoking). Guaranteed the hostel will say something like “oh we’re so sorry but we can’t control guests”. After travelling for almost 2 years, a lot of it in hostels, this is my first 1 star review. If you run a hostel, you need a process for fixing situations that put guests in uncomfortable and unsafe situations. Just remember that if you book, and something happens at night, you’re on your own.

+ L'emplacement Le prix
- Le checkin à faire soi-même tout seul avant de rentrer. Pas d'eau chaude dans douche Idem le matin Pas de papier toilette dans deux WC sur trois. Pas de personnel pour l'accueil dans le créneau pourtant indiqué.
+ Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Lorand hat einen super Eindruck gemacht. Der Vibe des Hostels und die Lage haben mir sehr sehr gut gefallen. Nach einen Renovierung wäre das vermutlich eine der besten Unterkünfte in Brasov!
- Leider die schlimmste Unterkunft in der ich je war. Ich hatte das 8er Frauenzimmer gebucht das eher 2 4er Zimmer sind die sich ein Bad teilen. Leider war ich in dem Durchgangszimmer wodurch schlafen so gut wie unmöglich war. Das Bad war schwarz vor Schimmel!! Hier muss definitiv gehandelt werden. Die Betten waren sehr laut und unstabil. Jede Bewegung der anderen Person ist spür- und hörbar.

Awesome hostel. Perfect location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Social and relaxed vibes. Could come back anytime.
Its a nice, more chilled Hostel. The Staffel(when they are around) are super friendly. The Kitchen Had everything you need. To know there is like a Self Check In would be nice, when its writen in the Hostel Description.

Amazing place! I met so many cool people and we would spend the evenings in the attic where the common room is, it is situated near the old town and the Tampa hike which is very practical!
I had a good time at Centrum Hostel. Everything went well. It offers a cozy atmosphere where people can easily hang out and enjoy their stay in Brasov. The location is very central and close to everything.
This wasn't a hostel, it's a building with rooms. There's no atmosphere, no events, just dorm rooms. We weren't given any advice on where to go or what to do. If you want a bed in a room, this place is fine. If you want anything else, go elsewhere. (They also tried to charge me before our stay without asking, it's a strange, strange place).

+ The location is great. Bus stops are nearby, restaurants, cafe, supermarkets are so close to the hostel
+ Atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente na recepção desde quando chega você faz o conhecimento de tudo o que tem direito ao hostel até a organização e limpeza do dos ambientes !! Fora que a localização é perfeita e está em uma rua é de frente aos restaurantes e próximo aos pontos turísticos da cidade !! Super indico e com certeza retornarei!¡ parabéns

+ Amazing place and well located. The main tourist attractions can be reached on foot. There's a complete supermarket (Carrefour) a few blocks away. Rooms with heaters. Several bathrooms with hot water. Although small, the kitchen is well-equipped. Access to the facilities is via passwords, which makes the trip easier and more pleasant. Individual power outlets near the beds. Everything was perfect!
