- Came on holiday to Barcelona. Am I jacket? Has been robbed stolen from easide. The premises Avis has stood. The stap was very rude and unhelpful As I only speak English. Because communication barrier I am going to gets blacklisted, and I haven't had my refund yet

- Не понравилось обман людей, пришли прямо в отель, видно было что с ребенком и сказали что у нас ребенок, но при бронировании взяли деньги и не вернули, изначально сказали 5 дней для возврата, а прошло уже почти месяц и нет результата, вот обман и безответственность

- El pésimo servicio que tenían, las recepcionistas poniendo cara todo el tiempo y diciendo que odian a la gente, es un hotel, entiendo que estén saturados pero es un servicio a las personas que si bien pagaron su estancia lo mínimo es un buen trato, adicional perdí una chamarra en el alojamiento nadie se hace responsable, les marque 15 veces por dia por mas de 20 dias y no tuve una respuesta, fue alguien de manera presencial y le comentaron que si la tenian que regresara despues, regreso y sorpresa no estaba,

Me quedé en el hotel, pero la experiencia fue muy mala. Los baños estaban sucios, las camas no tenían cortina, había mucho ruido por el sonido de las puertas y los otros huespedes prendiendo y apagando la luz durante la noche, fue imposible descansar. No volvería a hospedarme alli, aunque locación si me gustó mucho. Manana tengo consulta con medico para ver si tengo una reaccion por chinches de cama, no puedo confirmarlo pero me dio un día después del check out.
No blankets, cold, unsafe.

El mal olor de las areas y habitaciones es terrible, las fotos no son ni el 3% de lo que es el lugar, trato terrible de personas inescrupulosas que escalan ellos mismos las situaciones, no te hagas expectativas si reservas aquí es mejor esperar lo peor ya que incluso areas comunes estan mojadas como ciertas areas, lo que quieren es sacar dinero de rodo a todo incluso creando supuestas actividades que al final te cobran, es una mafia, hay miles y mejores lugares, si pediré el reembolso tota...
Ce serait bien d'avoir des rideaux autour des lits. Il n'y a pas de couvertures, juste un drap et la climatisation à fond. C'est bien d avoir une douche dans le dortoir, mais vu que c'est une douche à l'italienne avec le WC juste à côté, on se retrouve avec de l'eau partout.

Beware there isn’t any kitchen or any place to fill your bottle apart from the bathrooms! They don’t let you bring outside food in the common rooms either. The beds are poorly labeled and we got woken up every night by reception coming in and having to switch peoples beds. The showers also have see through doors that are uncomfortable and you have to keep on pressing the button for water. Only one light worked when we were there. But the night activities are great !
Que mala experiencia con este lugar, te cobran mas sin decirte antes, aparte el tipo encargado es un déspota, patán, que se pone chulo con las personas en el momento que yo estaba ahí no solo a mi me trato mal sino que incluso a otras personas cobrandoles mas, no hayan por donde sacar mas dinero, pero aparte el lugar tiene un olor nauseabundo, sábanas enfrente de la entrada como hospital lleno de ropa sucia de operación, los baños no tienen ni papel ni jabón mucho menos, de nada sirve qu...
Would not recommend especially for backpackers. There was no kitchen of any sort and outside food is a 50 euro fine, insane for a hostel to have when the breakfast was pretty expensive too. Furthermore, you have to pay for everything, even fun events that the hostel holds- not cheap either. Also the motion light in the bathroom would turn of genuinely every minute, where you have to wave your hands mid wipe so it turns back on. Some of the staff were great others were not welcoming.

When you charge 50€ a night for a rooom to share with 14 people, atleast you can have a curtain for the bed. There was a person sleeping in my bed when i came back, and people comming inn at all hours at night turning on the lights
Je comprends qu'on paye moins chers mais les toilettes sont insalubres et jaunes avec desurines des btrsou client (surtout masculain) non éduquées , la douche en bas collecte de l'eau et dépasse meme mes claquettes dont je sors mes pieds dehors. La majorité des personnels sont sympa , mais par contre j'ai demandé si on peux réduire le son de la musique ( 2eme etage) car on as fait hier fete , en m'as demander d'aller a ma chambre pour le calme , il faut des formation sur la communica;cade...
I understand that we pay less but the toilets are unsanitary and yellow with urine from your uneducated (especially male) clients, the shower downstairs collects water and overflows me tapes from which I take my feet out. the majority of the staff are nice, but on the other hand I asked if we can reduce the sound of the music (second floor) because we did yesterday party, asking me to go to my room for calm, we need training on communication;chains 5E
Great location, with an even greater staff. Located in the gothic quarter right next to the metro was incredible. The staff was amazing and always willing to help out, with a special shoutout to Gabriel. This was my first time staying in a hostel as well as solo traveling the bar has been set very high. Strongly recommend staying here!
Un desastre la habitación de 8 personas, destrozar de horarios, no respetan el silencio, ropa y artículos personales en el baño

Super convenient location and lovely staff. Very disappointed in the rooms, no privacy curtains even in a mixed dorm. Shower was awful. Roof top bar but it wasn’t manned any of the times we went up and had private events on most of the time. Very pricey for a basic rather grotty offer, have had much better experiences in other hostels over the years for less money.
Worst hostel I have ever seen. Phone of mu friend was stolen, nobody cared. You could not even take a breathe at the room, you could not even open window, all closed.
Bien trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Une seule salle de bain pour un étage entier. Salle de bain dans un état de propreté catastrophique. L'espace commun ferme à 23h. Il faut payer une taxe supplémentaire non indiquée à l'arrivée. Le fait de garder le sac pour la journée coûte 3€... Bref une des pire auberges que j'ai faites, et j'en ai vu beaucoup.... Préférez n'importe quelle autre auberge, ça ne peut t'être que mieux !
Too expensive compared to what is offered. Only one bathroom for an entire floor. Bathroom in a catastrophic state of cleanliness. The common area closes at 11pm. You have to pay an additional tax not indicated on arrival. Keeping the bag for the day costs 3€... In short one of the worst hostels I've ever done, and I've seen a lot of them.... Prefer any other hostel, it can only be better !
I stayed here last week with a friend, the bed I was given hadn’t been cleaned and still had the previous persons mess, I went downstairs to ask the staff to come and change the bedding ext at about 5PM which they said they’d do straight away, I went out and came back at 11pm and this still wasn’t done, when I went downstairs they said they’d do it tomorrow and to sleep in a different bed. The next day someone else booked into my bed I was moved to, moved all my stuff and my bed still no...
Un lugar fantástico, estuve dos noches y la pase increíble! Un lugar limpio, tranquilo y los chicos de recepción (Gabriel y fadwa) muy buena onda! El desayuno en el bar muy completo!
