worst hostel ever ... checkin denied based on unfair policy ...not recommended at all .... situated in congested place ..... Unreasonable reasnti deny checkin....no initiation of refund

the bathrooms and bed were not clean

absolutely not clean, horrible location in Delhi. Additionally, they send us to a sim card shop across the street and probably got commission for that. The sim card stopped working after a few weeks, thus we tried to get the phone number of the shop. Zostel refused to help us on the telephone. So in a nutshell, they send us to a scammy sim card Shop (way to expensive in addition) and didn't help us afterwards. Bad service, kinda scammy. Would not recommend to go here.

I got a private room (supposed to be the best option available), and it was so dirty, smelled like mold and fresh paint, very noisy outside (in was in front of the building facing the busy road), and it was not the same room as the ones in the picture when I booked. The towels were dirty, the fridge was covered in mold, the staff was half nice half rude (nice when they wanted to be). Stayed in the dorms and was very disappointed, there were no curtains on the bunkbeds so there is 0 privacy. My bed was right next to the radiator which sounded like a truck engine. The storage boxes were located under the beds and required quite the amount of force to drag out and caused quite the amount of noise when getting pulled out.

Overcharge on food and water. Taking GST on food without GST Number. They charged GST on water bottle, which is will bullshit for me. Rest people are Nice. Stop overcharges and unfair practice.

Was alright, their airport ferry service isn't great for the price they ask

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable good to talk too especially Sam who felt incredibly genuine. Only complaint was price of food (breakfast &.dinner) as you pay almost 3 times as much as places you can eat on same road .

The restaurant was terrible. The staff made my drink with ice by scooping it out the sides of the freezer. It wasn’t safe to drink considering that ice would’ve been made from tap water. Food wasn’t good and there was only 10% of the menu available. I booked this hostel as a treat as it’s more expensive but was thoroughly disappointed.

The hostel is okay, it's basic and a good base if you stay only a couple of days. It's a bit weird that you can't lock the rooms, but there's always staff around. Can totally recommend the walking tour with Zubin! It was very nice to do a half day stroll through Old and New Delhi and hear about the history of the city :)

Super welcoming and comprensible staff, we arrived very early in the morning and could leave our luggage right away. We had a lot of trouble booking train tickets and the staff really helped us. Very well located hostel, near the train station and lively area of Old Delhi. Big thanks to Z. Pandy and C. Pandy for their welcome.

Nice Hostel with good offers for sightseeing and socializing. Its very close to the New Delhi Station, so perfect if you have to take an early train

O staff foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso. A localização é um pouco estranha, mas suficientemente perto do centro para se ir a pé. Mercearia com essenciais mesmo em frente. Restaurante/bar na propriedade, ideal para refeições tranquilas e a preços aceitáveis. Recomendo muito uma walking tour com o Zubin.

The hostel is super clean and has very comfortable beds. What I liked the most was Zubin, a staff member who guided us on a free walking tour, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in Delhi and discover incredible places

Not a bad place to stay - not far from Connaught Place. I had a private room, so can’t comment on the dorms.

A really welcoming, clean and safe hostel close to the railway station and a 10 minute drive from Connaught place!

Would stay there again. Me volvería a hospedar ahí otra vez.

L‘ostello é molto carino e pulito ma la zona non è delle migliori, soprattutto per una ragazza che viaggia sola. Personale molto cordiale. C’è un bar/ristorante con prezzi buoni all‘interno e acqua sempre a disposizione, calda e fredda.

Did the job, and surprisingly quiet for the location, but no atmosphere, and staff not very helpful. The cafe downstairs was useful.

Thanks Zostel for an amazing time! The street is certainly lively but the staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. Great spot, defo book!!

The hostel itself is fine. They have food which is good and didn't upset my stomach, which is more than I can say for the restaurants in the surrounding area. For a westerner be aware there were only Indian people in my dorm, who I've come to learn are generally quite inconsiderate (they answer the phone at 3am, turn the light on at 5am then leave it on etc) - in every dorm I've stayed with only Indians they seem to think no one else is there (staff included). The area is convenient but grim.

Surrounding area is awful and really dangerous; constant harassment as a lone foreign female, strange liquid substances on the street and pavements impossible to walk down. Worst area by far I've stayed in and I've been in India for a whole month. Bathroom stinks of sewage so door to main room has to remain shut (stinks less bad than street outside). Staff either stupid or dishonest - gave me the wrong clothes twice + tried to overcharge me for laundry despite being over 14 hours late with it.

Ostello molto carino, ho fatto 2 notti nel dormitorio femminile 6 posti e 1 notte nella doppia privata. Staff molto gentile, atmosfera poco social e poche attività organizzate (se non una camminata gratuita tutte le mattine alle 10.30), ma carino. Posizione molto vicina alla stazione dei treni, comoda se bisogna appoggiarsi per una notte, ma zona brutta conosciuta per i motivi sbagliati, sconsigliato uscire di sera a piedi.

I loved my stay at zostel ! Location, room, staff everything was perfect !! Big up to my dear Sameer who has been a wonderful host and with whom I had loads of fun ! Thank you for your help in my strange quest !
