- Expensive , customer care poor

+ Clean bathrooms

- Loud TV all night. People yelling in common area all night. Loud bar below. Very hard mattress Locked out of kitchen. Cleaning bathroom at check out time.

- The worst place I've ever stayed in Melbourne, with an unpleasant reception and mice running around the hostel. Urine on the walls and the smell of shit in the corridors.

+ Location

- The biggest issue was the loud pub downstairs. There were parties on multiple nights, including Friday, Saturday, and even Sunday, with music going past 1:30 AM. This made it extremely difficult to sleep, and the hostel did not provide a proper resolution. Even when we raised concerns, the only option given was to move to a higher floor, which didn’t guarantee a quieter stay. I understand that hostels can be social environments, but after attending a four-day event, we expected to get some rest at night. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible here. If you’re looking for a lively atmosphere, this might work for you, but if you need any level of rest, I wouldn’t recommend it.

- Not clean at all. Saw a rat passing by in the middle of the night in the hallway.

+ Good location

- Horrible staff, there were mice running around, no control at night so I had people screaming till 3am

+ Location is convenient Kitchen is large and spacious

- Double rooms are right next to the common room -bring solid earplugs as disrespectful guests will Keep you awake even during listed quiet hrs overnight. No flyscreens on windows so bugs will eat you alive - not ideal on a hot night when having them closed is stifling..... No air conditioning or ceiling fans Common bathrooms/showers closed for cleaning during peak morning times - had to climb to a completely different floor to find a bathroom open to shower.

+ Amazing atmosphere and really friendly people. The staff made me feel welcome from the first moment and were always helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything in Melbourne, and the hostel had a very social vibe without being chaotic. Beds were comfortable and the common areas were great to meet other travellers.

- The kitchen and bathrooms could get a bit busy during peak hours, but that’s normal in a backpacker hostel and it didn’t affect my stay much.

+ Muy buenas instalaciones, si eres mujer, recomiendo la de 10 mujeres porque tiene baño propio y es grande el espacio. Y la localidad queda super cerca de la playa, supermercado y muchos locales. El personal es excelente y super simpáticos.

+ Very comfortable and everybody was very kind

- There isn’t much control about “quite hours” (after 23:00)

+ I enjoyed the property and the locations is perfect The double private room could use more comfort but it’s very spacious and very easy to access each day

+ Great location. Very clean and have all the amenities needed. Friendly and helpful staff.

- The room is right on top of the pub, which is associated with the hostel. However, they have very loud live music on all 3 days that we stayed until 3am. The windows are not soundproof at all so it’s very very loud and makes it hard to rest. There are 2 shared bathrooms but in the morning they have the cleaning in process sign at the same time, which is quite inconvenient.

+ Good location, staff were lovely and really helpful. Great facilities.

- The rooms were a bit noisy sometimes - both from people and the outside

+ Short distance to Race track

- Co-Ed bunks. Made me feel unsafe.
