Hostel Agata

Be careful if your bedroom is right by the street called "via roma" on the first floor it is like sleepling on the street! We could not sleep at all with the extremly intense trafic because of very unsufficient insolation! Moreover, the price to pay on arrival was more than anounced on hostelworld website and the landlady asked for some more city taxes in cash even it was included in the hostelword anounced price. I would have told her that but she didn't even ask

La personne qui nous attendait n’est soit disant pas au courant de l’acompte que nous avons versé et veut absolument nous facturer encore plus que le prix de base. L’hôtel est en travaux il y a des engueulades entre ouvriers devant notre porte à huit 8h du matin. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation avec la rue

Gladly we only stayed 2 nights! Unfortunately the worst B&B I have been. The pictures shown on the website seemed to be quite old, cause the whole Hostel was very worn down. Bad booking management made the whole stay even worse. When we arrived the Host told us that they had an overbooking and that we had to change rooms from one night to the other. This was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The receptionist took my ID and never gave it back to me. When I realized it, I was already in a town 300km away from Palermo. When I kindly asked her to send it to my next hostel by mail she furiously refused it and said she doesnt want to get in trouble if the mail service mess up the delivery. However one day later I asked a friend of mine who was still in Palermo to take it from the hostel and send it to me and she handed over my ID to her wit...

Un'esperienza pessima. Ho contattato privatamente la proprietaria dell'ostello, che si è dimostrata da subito poco disponibile e scortese. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazze giovani (21 anni), per la prima volta a Palermo. La proprietaria aveva chiesto di comunicarle il giorno prima dell'arrivo l'orario indicativo per accordarsi per il check-in, di punto in bianco ha smesso di rispondere ai nostri messaggi, la sera prima dell'arrivo ci ha annullato la prenotazione e non voleva renderci l'acconto.

This hostel is very weird, it's basically a labyrinthine series of dimly lit corridors. There isn't a proper common area or kitchen, the kitchen is just coffee stuff, toaster, and sink crammed into a corner. This results in ZERO vibe or atmosphere for travellers. It is fairly clean but the bathrooms smell heavily of sewage. Staff were very rude on arrival, arguing with us about the wifi which was obviously not working for anyone (we had no wifi in our room). L'hôtel est pratique et bien placé mais donne sur une grosse avenue très bruyante. L'accueil à été très chaleureux, par contre on nous a fait payer 9 euros supplémentaires par rapport au prix annoncé, je n'est toujours pas reçu de remboursement.

Notre chambre donnait sur une grande rue et était du coup très bruyante. L'immense fenêtre avec juste un rideau laissait passer beaucoup de lumière. En revanche nous avons ou accéder à la chambre des notre arrivée le matin !

This is in an excellent location. The street noise is terrible. Be sure to ask for a room in the back of the building. It is clean. Don't count on breakfast.

If your room opens up to via Roma, don’t plan on any sleep until 2am. The traffic noise is daunting. Breakfast doesn’t start until 9 am. But it’s one of the better ones I have had.

Endroit très agréable et localisation parfaite, c’est très propre et le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. En revanche, c’est très bruyant, ma chambre donnait sur la rue où il y a la musique des bars jusque très tard dans la nuit,

Estive no hostel por 4 dias e desde a chegada, fomos maravilhosamente recebidos pela Naomi. Ela foi super atenciosa, acolhedora e nos deu várias dicas sobre a Palermo. Uma pessoa iluminada que recebe todos os hóspedes de coração aberto. Limpeza impecável, organização do hostel nota 10. Recomendo todos que irão a Palermo, se hospedar no hostel.

Tutto bene, abbiamo preso camera doppia con bagno privato. Fattori negativi: un po' rumoroso in quanto su una strada di forte passaggio. Manca un' area comune dove mangiare insieme e fare amicizie. Manca un fornello con pentole per cuocere una pasta senza essere costretti a mangiare fuori.

Posizione perfetta per la visita di Palermo, anche se può essere un po' rumorosa al weekend. Camere pulitissime, personale molto cordiale e accogliente. Colazione buona e molto abbondante al bar sotto. Ottimo prezzo.

sono stato veramente bene, atmosfera romantica nella bellissima Palermo tantissimi anni che non andavo mezzi pubblici a disposizione , ottima colazione ,prezzo molto molto conveniente nell ostello ho trovato tutto i comfort mi sono trovato veramente bene soprattutto mi sono sentito a casa

Ottima posizione, situata al centro di Palermo,ottima colazione i bagni puliti , disponibili anche i mezzi pubblici vicini alla stazione per muoverti meglio e per visitare la meravigliosa Palermo

Ottima posizione, le camere sono un po’ vintage, ma per qualche gg è senza pretese vanno benissimo. La pulizia è ottima , la simpatia anche…. Unica pecca, le camere si affacciano sulla via Roma, strada trafficatissima di giorno e di notte.

Habitación acogedora, limpia y espaciosa. Anfitriones amables y amigables. Ubicación céntrica ideal para visitar todos los monumentos del centro histórico.

sono stato bene ,nell' ostello della signora agata , abbiamo soggiornato in tranquillità qualità prezzo ottimo ,stanze pulite , Wi-Fi ,frigo in camera , ottima colazione tutto molto bello un grazie va anche allo staff per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza
