There was bedbugs in the room I stayed in. They did not take it seriously and when I asked if the money back they only give me for the cancelled days, which took them a whole day to fix,not for the one I stayed. They were not helpful at all. WiFi did not work during my stay.

Don't go there right now. We had bedbugs in the room and they said it already happened and they supposedly cleaned it professionally. People from different rooms got reportedly bitten. As we left they were renewing bed sheets for the next arriving guests. Lacking responsibility in my point of view. We found some mature ones crawling around in the beds. The kitchen is poorly equipped, seems like mostly old equipment which was given a second life to.

they did not honored my reservation. They sold my bed when even when I had a reservation through hostel world. . they didn't give an alternative either simply saying we are full. very unprofessional

I actually wanted to stay two Nights but I ended up staying only one. They had a Termite infestation and on the bed of another girl were like 15 Termites which she Kind of tried to kill. I felt very little understood. But the Host gave me back the money for the Next day that was very nice. But I wouldnt want to stay there again.

It was alright for the price. You have to walk about 25 minutes do get to the center which can be a bit annoying, but it’s alright. The staff is very friendly but they only speak spanish and don’t really know a lot about activities or transportation. In the night there is nobody working so the guests do whatever they want. When I was staying there, there was a group of french people who were horrible and basically destroyed the common space area and they were extremely loud till 2 am.

Clean and basic Hostel but the atmosphere is not very warm and welcome. No backpackers there. But good if you want to spend some time alone!

We stayed in a four-bed female dorm. The bathroom and room were unfortunately not as clean as we had hoped. The kitchen had two ovens and gas stoves, which was nice, but there was limited cookware such as pans, plates, and containers. The location is convenient, close to a bus stop for reaching different hikes. Overall, it’s a practical place, but it didn’t quite have the warm, homely atmosphere described.

On my first night I was asigned on a bed full of mold due to a leak from the shower. The staff were really helpful about it and changed me rooms. There was someone working on the toilet the next morning. Overall, the hostel is not very clean. The beds were alright and had good privacy with the courtains. AC was a great extra. No hostel vibe (I felt I was in a shared student accomodation rather than a hostel). 20 min walk from the city center but not an issue. Next door to a big supermarket.

The overall stay was decent, its a smaller hostel witwith a more intimate feel. However upon checking in the front desk let us know that they had double booked our private room and that there was no room left except for 1 single dorm bed. They did nothing to try to help us find a different place to stay, they wouldnt even call us a taxi to go see if there was space at a different hostel. It was late so us 2 girls squished into the single bunk. It was fine, but the lack of help was disappointing

Très bon séjour à deux dans une chambre avec grande salle de bain privée. Eau chaude, bon débit, deux lit queen confortables. Hostel un peu excentré (il faut marcher 20 min pour arriver au centre-ville) et pas très chaleureux.

Superbe hostel ! J'ai adoré l'ambiance assez intimiste (il y a assez peu de chambre et environ 5-10 personnes) - le salon est grand, la cuisine ouverte est bien équipée et très pratique. Il y a une grande télé de disponible, des hamacs à l'extérieur et une très bonne connexion wi-fi. Les lits en dortoir sont en mode "bunker" avec rideau offrant une certaine intimité, c'est très appréciable d'autant plus pour le prix. Pour moi c'est un 10/10. J'y ai prolongé de 2 nuits supplémen...

It was verry verry nice just there was a roomer about bedbugs which was unsettling but we didnt have any problems. And the staff was crazy nice

Super hostel tout neuf et propre ! Il y a beaucoup de place ! Le dortoir, la cuisine et la salle de bain étaient bien ! Situé à 15/20mn a pied du centre mais il y a un grand supermarché juste en face et quelques autres commerces !

L’hostel n’est pas très grand donc pas plus de 10 voyageurs en même temps. Cela met vraiment une ambiance hyper sympas en petit comité

Really nice hostel. Felt like coming home. Good atmosphere and easy to meet your fellow travelers. The dorms were good and it was clean. I really liked it

Had a lovely stay here! It’s about outside of town, but a safe area with a shop close by and lots of hiking possibilities. Staff is lovely and so helpfull, a good place if you want to take some chill days

Everything was nice and normal. Somethings that I would improve: the kitchen could be better equipment f.e there are only two bowls for breakfast, the hostel has a lot of space but the space is not used well. There is no empty area to be able to cut vegetables or prepare food for cooking. There is one bar in the middle but even there they put glases tea coffee etc. & on the sideboard they put microwaves cafemachine. No fresh air in female dorm. No sofas or place to read comfortably in+outdoors.

lovely hostel - lots of space and really comfy beds. it is out of town a little but is right next door to a supermarket. i would stay again. however, getting away from anton de ville can be a bit challenging so i would book 1 night at a time

ruhiges Hostel, tolle atmosphäre und gute Lage. Grosse Betten.

Rustig maar prima hostel. Het ligt iets buiten het centrum, maar dat is geen probleem met een supermarkt naast de deur en een paar kleine winkeltjes in de buurt. Al met al een prettig verblijf.
