Very happy with my stay, I totally recommend!

Pretty bad since the front desk guy tried to force a kiss on me, and I would never stay there again. I couldn’t go to asleep until 4 am which was by accident. I was trying to leave in the morning with every. I was so upset with what happened and afraid to leave the dorm to go to the bathroom. Then I woke up and 3 people were still there and I rushed out, which cause me to leave my earring and protein powder. And I’m afraid to call and pick them up.

It is excellent value for the money. I also liked having mass with the Sisters.

Perfect place to stay in Sarria before starting the Camino de Santiago

Too far from train station. It’s an old building with huge rooms filled with people. I got Covid!

I just didn’t realize we had to be out by 8:30am. I was waking my 10 year old up at 9 and we got kicked out without having eaten or anything.

Very clean and felt safe

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and lockers were nice. we arrived late and left early, so didn’t really interact with anyone, but it didn’t seem very social anyways. You have to walk up a HUGE hill to get there. All in all, did what was intended, which was give us a place to sleep before starting the camino the next day

Great location, right next to the route to start El Camino. Plus you have a beautiful and peaceful view. It’s the best place to start such an adventure, you truly get the taste of a pilgrim.

Really great authentic way to begin your Camino! Yes it’s a big room with loads of beds and a bit of snoring but when else are you gonna stay in a monastery overlooking a town beside a ancient pilgrimage? A great stay!
