bit of a hit and a miss, good facilties but its run by a very clicky group of staff men obsessed with woman. every fenale who checks in here gets hounded to 'come to the beach' . overall for men its not a bad place but woman should avoid here.
I don’t normally leave reviews on places especially bad ones but this place sucked. It was way overpriced for a hostel all the sheets had yellow stains all over them, the pillow smelled like it had never been washed ones. The staff was very nice but the people who were staying there were pretty disgusting for the most part if you can find anywhere else to stay on the island I would choose that option

Despues de haber reservado en marzo, me llaman 3 horas antes del check-in el 17 de noviembre para decirme que mi habitación privada con baño tenía en baño averiado y que podían darme 5 euros por el inconveniente o que podía cancelar la reservación. After I had booked in March, I got a call 3 hours before check-in on November 17 to tell me that my private room with bathroom had a broken bathroom and that they could give me 5 euros for the inconvenience or I could cancel the reservation. logically I had to accept the room with the broken bathroom because we had nowhere else to go. we arrived at the duke nest and they check us in and the room smelled of burning like when electrical wires burn. we couldn't sleep
Cancel the boooking without payback
They cancelled the booking the day before my arrival, unilaterally. At the same time, they charged from my card the whole amount of my stay. Now they do not answer the phone, e-mail. Thieves. It is impossible to communicate with the hostel.
Showers awful. Security nonexistent. Organization awful. Free for all for “assigned” lockers - and the lockers are lucky to be large enough to contain a laptop + accessories. “Budget” would be a generous description of this location. Honestly the worst hostel in a suite encompassing 13 countries that I’ve experienced in Europe.
Pas dingue. Pas de place pour ranger ses affaires si ce n’est un tout petit casier. Même un sac à dos ne tient pas. Plusieurs vols signalés sans réponse des bénévoles du staff. Leur responsable est cependant très sympa. La piscine est appréciable. La propreté laisse à désirer.
No crazy. No place to store his things except a very small locker. Not even a backpack holds. Several reported thefts without response from the volunteer staff. Their manager is very friendly, though. The pool is appreciated. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
Advertised as international but its an exclusively Spanish-speaking environment where both staff and guests deliberately exclude non-Spanish speakers. Staff (except Filip) refuse to speak English and roll their eyes when asked. Spanish-speaking cliques dominate all spaces, making others feel unwanted. Fellow international travelers said they experienced same isolation. Basic issues: shared entry code (major security risk), unstable beds, lot of permanent residents in dorms (45+ yo) weak ...

More volunteers than guests. Too many people in one room no ventilation
Booked 6 nights but could only stay for one due to how noisy and uncomfortable the dorms were. A 12 dorm is far too many people in one room. I went to bed at 10:30pm and was still awake at 3:30am. Frustratingly, I wasn’t allowed a partial refund on my remaining booking. The beds were very wobbly; so you felt every slight movement, and the lockers were very flimsy and loud to use. Ideally, they should be situated outside the dorms. Overall, a real shame as I met some lovely people!
Not my vibe at all. More party hostel and really big. The bed sheets did not seem 100% clean. Also very bad ventilation in room. It’s the ventilation and not so clean that makes it bad for me Staff were lovely.
A beautiful hostel with a good range of lovely communal areas. Frequent activities on offer and excellent spaces for cooking and relaxing. One of the best hostels I've stayed at. My only (mild) issue were the beds, which though comfortable, were very noisy and wobbly so the slightest movement affected your bunkmate. Also the ladders are a bit of a slip hazard as the foam padding on the rungs just rolled everytime you descended from the top. Still worth the stay though.

Really enjoyed my stay here this hostel has a lot to offer although a card entry system would be great didn’t feel I could have left much lying around with the pin entry system although the staff seem very much on top of things it still left me worrying and questioning until I had time to watch them managing the entry to the property. El lugar es muy limpio, se duerme bien, los voluntarios hacen gran parte de la experiencia todos muy buena gente. Muy agradecido por el tiempo compartido
The place is very clean, you sleep well, the volunteers make up a big part of the experience, all very nice people.

Overall I was happy. But alcohol from my bedside went missing. I was told I shouldnt put it there and it had to be moved so the room could be clean. It was never put back and when i ask ppl at hostel they said they will find for me but didnt. It was still my personal posession.

Enjoyed my one-night stay in the private female dorm. Room and bathroom were clean, and the private balcony was nice. I usually book quieter hostels so I appreciated the enforcement of quiet hours!

Ostello spettacolare, bellissime vibes, bella gente. Moltissime zone in comune dove potersi rilassare, festeggiare e anche lavorare. Sono arrivata da Guest e ora sono volontaria non c’è molto da aggiungere, qui ci si sente a casa ❤️

Nettes Hostel und tolle Aktivitäten! Leider war unser Zimmer gleich bei der Küche und der Toilette, nachts kamen einige auch betrunkene Gäste laut zurück! Das war leider störend! Sauberkeit ok! Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit!
Nice hostel and great activities! unfortunately our room was right next to the kitchen and the toilet, at night some even drunk guests came back loud! that was disruptive! cleanliness ok! staff neat and helpful!
New hostel, beautiful building, pleasant outdoor area, bathroom and double room with small balcony, very clean. Nice outdoor kitchen area. Only point, little sharing with other guests, no restaurants very close, corner of town not very lively
Good atmosphere and location, it’s a 20 min walk from the beach.
The hostel is very beautiful, almost like a Spanish villa. Incredibly clean and spacious, apart from the room. There are too many beds in the room, 12 beds, in a small area but there are privacy curtains so it makes it a bit better. The area is kind of party area I think, lots of tourists and not much character, it depends if you like that thing. Also people are playing loud music in the hostel sometimes. It depends if you like that sort of thing. Staff are helpful and generally good and amazing...
Me encanto! Un lugar lleno de buena energía, todas las personas y el staff son muy amables, los espacios son cómodos para estar, leer, trabajar y echar fiesta. 100 regresaria sin pensarlo
I love it! a place full of good energy, all the people and staff are very friendly, the spaces are comfortable to be, read, work and party. 100 would return without thinking about it
