Too dirty.

Great location for golden temple. Check in took a long time despite no queues, had to ask for towels and kettle broken. Windowless private double room right off reception. Staff noisy and left lights on in corridor which illuminated the room through the glass panel above the door. Staff also kept turning our hot water off as switch was outside the room.

This hostel is at very prime and centre location. Service and rooms are great according to the value. Staff is supportive.

Nice enough. Dormitory completely unsecure though opening directly into communal area with door not working. Standard cleanliness. Advertised kitchen but not available for guests

really great people. They were so helpful with explaining activities, arranging tickets or transport and helped explain the local traditions. It was really helpful. Also the locations is perfect.

Good hotel, good location. We needed a late check in and staff were there to check us in at 2am. Hot showers and laundry service.

Good hostel, great location (10 minutes walking from the Golden Temple), staff very kind and went out of their way to help us getting a taxi to reach wagah border, and to get to the bus station when we had to leave. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. very efficient and easy communication. Would come back.

Nice and clean room but the hightlight was definitely the staff!! they make you feel like family, sorted transport for us and even allowed us to leave our bags there overnight while we spent a night in the golden temple. thank you backpackers nest! we will see you next time!!

We loved the place! It's a perfect place for travellers. Close to The Golden Temple, old center and bus station. Some good restaurants are around the corner. The room was really big and clean. There is fast and strong wifi in the room. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Accueillis comme des rois/reines, les dortoirs étaient propres avec des prises fonctionnelles et des rideaux qui coupaient bien la lumière. Service incroyable pour laver les vêtements (pour 10 roupies/morceau) ça en vaut la peine! Gérante courtoise et professionnelle (bilingue wow), elle nous a aidé à trouver les meilleurs coins de la ville et les autobus pour quitter la ville. Le hostel est à 6 minutes du Temple d'or. INCROYABLE.
